Do your research, common to find used trucks priced over book value here. Wouldnt drop price below book value despite the fact there was tear in drivers seat sewn up with dental floss!! Be prepared to pay more than you should at Rowe

Our sales person Nathan House was very attentive, responded promptly to all of our questions, was knowledgeable about the car and its features, and overall was very helpful. Even after our purchase, Nathan followed up with phone calls to see how we were enjoying our new car and to see if we had any questions. We did, and he answered them. If you plan on shopping at Rowe, I recommend that you ask for Nathan. As with other reviewers, our experience with the finance people was not good. I left a message with one of them asking for the bottom-line amount of the purchase once sales tax and fees were added in, but never got a response. When we picked up the car, we had to walk to the Hyundai building to see a finance person there. We were kept waiting. When we finally did get to sit down with him, and we declined extended warranty coverage and undercoating, he switched from friendly to shockingly argumentative and disrespectful. This was not exactly the treatment one expects when completing the purchase of a car, and in our case cast a definite cloud over our new-car excitement.

Looking back, Im blown away (in a very good way) by the whole experience. I picked up my Shadow Black Focus RS on Saturday, 9/17 after 2 - 3 weeks of negotiating. It was ready and waiting when I arrived in Westbrook. I think I was still in a state of shock that I was actually picking up an RS but was immediately greeted upon arrival by Ed Giroux, who my husband had been working. After having gone back and forth texting and phoning for the better part of 3 weeks it was a pleasure to finally meet him. Ed made the deal happen. He worked with me to get the car at a price I was comfortable with. He was totally responsive to texts, email, phone etc., completely professional and incredibly fun to work with and he knows the car inside and out. Before leaving, his crash course on the key features was effective, efficient and given with military precision. Between working with Ed & Rowe Ford, it was worth the price paid and the 280 mile trip to Maine ...and back home again that same day. Ive been buying Fords for 30 years and Rowe is a very impressive dealer both aethetically and from the way they handled the entire car buying experience after I arrived. I cant stress how impressed I am with Rowe Ford of Westbrook (they have another location Im not familiar with). Thanks again Ed....

I spent maybe a month driving around to different dealers in Brunswick, Topsham, Libson, Lewiston, Auburn and Portland trying to find a vehicle. I intentionally decided not to go back down to Saco because of the bad experience I had with a dealer down there the last time. I test drive a lot of vehicles within my search to find a vehicle that would match the price range and mileage that i was looking for. I spent a lot of hours online each day just trying to find something, and after leaving class everyday I would drive around to see if what I had seen online match what the dealers had in their lot. to my disappointment most of what they had did not suit my needs. One day I pulled into Rowe Ford and after driving around looking I ended up over by Rowe Hyundai. I was just about to exit the lot because I had not seen anything that matched what I was looking for, then just as I was about to pull out I saw it! Looked just right and had a price that was appealing to my pocket. I exited the car that I was driving and went to take a closer look at it. A salesman came out, introduced himself as Keith and asked if he could to assist me? I said certainly. He was very professional and courteous, he went and printed the car fax vehicle report, offered coffee and water and asked his boss if i would be able to take the vehicle to my mechanic all the way in Topsham to have it checked out. After having it checked out i decided that i was going to take it. Keith went and get the vehicle service report and I looked them over. The finance guy was very friendly, what I liked was that you dont feel like your being pushed into anything. Overall it was an amazing experience that out performed the service I got from the dealer I had the last time. I would recommend anyone in going to ROWE. And that quick service I got in taking care of that screw in the plate area was quick and easy THANK YOU Keith for setting that up. I have always have a soft spot for the Sonatas so hopefully after graduation if I find a better job I will be back for a trade. THANK YOU GUYS FOR PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT MAKES THIS CUSTOMER WANT TO COME BACK! The service that I got has caused me to depend on my HEURISTICS when I make my next purchase.

Lief was great in every way! My only complaint was the barage of e-mails followed by follow up phone calls followed by folloew up e-mails!!! In all fairness it wasnt all Lief. There were e-mails from "Don" sent ,that were the exact copy of the e-mail Lief had just sent! If I hadnt had my heart set on the Elantra that I picked out on line ..... who knows?

Every time we talked to our salesman about our purchase his phone would break up, could never reach him at the dealers land line or get a satisfactory answer. The salesman was not very helpful when trying to get help with some concerns about our purchase. I gave Rowe a 4 on "How did we do" because of the excellent customer service we received when we took our issues with the vehicle we purchased to the service department. Chris was the first service rep I talked to, did a very good job taking down what our issues were and getting things moving. Nick and Jerel in service were great. They took the time to listen, asked questions and wanted to know what we needed to be happy with our purchase. They both did a fantastic job for us addressing our concerns. While the sales staff did not impress us, your service department was the bright spot. Based on my experience with Nick, Jerel and Chris I would get service there.

Service was scheduled for CMax Energi. The service was smooth and was completed within the estimated time. The business area and coffee machine are great features when waiting for service to be completed. I will be switching from Yankee Ford, where I have had all previous service for F150, my other Ford vehicle. Special thanks to Cheyenne who went out of her way to give me an overview of all of the CMax Energi features and synch features for mobile devices. She even spent extra time researching the Ford remote app and remote starting feature.

My salesperson, Kevin was very helpful with me. I had met Kevin about a year or two prior and spoke to him about Lincoln cars and I got to know him pretty well. He is very relaxed and not a pressure style salesperson which I like. When my old Escape did not pass inspection I immediately went to kevin and talked to him about options. Three or four escapes were in the lot and I test drove two of them in the days after I spoke to Kevin. In the end I decided to buy a 2014 Escape over the 2015 because the 2014 was a better equipped vehicle. The heated seats didnt hurt either! I got the car rustproofed and by the time the loan was put together I was able to drive the car off the lot. There were some issues that came up with the loan and they happened to rest with the Credit Union and a communication error. I dont blame this on Rowe I blame it on myself for not knowing all the details. Other than that the experience was a good one and I would go back to Kevin if I needed anything and would refer anybody to him for a new car.

I was in an auto accident and the body shop staff (Tim) was wonderfully helpful. My vehicle was totaled so I then shopped for a used vehicle at Rowe Ford. I meet Lief. He walked around the lot with me and listined to my story. He also understood what I was looking for.He showed me a vehicle that came in that day. It was not even cleaned or priced I was quoted an extremely reasonable price by Mark (the Manager).When Rowe did look at the vehicle they found a few things that need needed to be fixed. They fixed them at no additional cost. I also talked with Sharon in the service department and Jeff in the Quick Lane.What a wonderful crew! They work together to give the best customer service around!I feel like they are family.

The wait time for device was a little lengthy. I was there for two hours and wasnt warned how long the process would take to get touch up paint done on my car and an engine light checked. I bought the car two days ago and already need a replacement part. Now I need to schedule another appointment for a car that is only a few days old for me. I will say that Jason Burns has been incredibly helpful and a great resource. He has put me first with everything when I come in and has really made me feel like he does everything to make sure both myself and the car are taken care of.
