I was ready to purchase the same 2018 F-150 STX from a different Ford dealer, one whom we had purchased 5 brand new cars from over the years. I was going to close the deal on Monday with my old dealer but I decided to price check Yankee Ford. Wow I could not believe the deal I received, in fact they gave me two thousand dollars more for my 2014 F-150 then the dealer who had sold it to me two and a half years earlier offered me. My initial salesman , Jay, was absolutely incredible as he was friendly, honest, low pressure and accommodating. He gets total credit for my return and ultimate purchase. There were some encounters beyond Jay that were a bit awkward/uncomfortable, but I cant honestly make a final and fair determination one way or the other, so the benifit of doubt goes to the dealership. Follow ups after the sale have been proactive and pleasant. Unable, at this time, to make any determination about the service department. At this point in time, I would recommend consideration to this dealership in persuit of a new or used car. The selection is abundant. Time and further experience will be the determining factor in a well earned five star rating - or not. Service after the sale is, ultimately, what matters most.

The car sales and service units are very good at what they do. The sales department was able to get me into a lease while I was away at college quickly and they gave me a great price. They email and mail about service appointments that are upcoming and I just drop it off and it all gets done!

I have a transmission recall on my Ford Focus. This is the second time that I brought my car in for the same problem. I was disappointed the first time as I felt it wasnt fixed. But this time, they swapped the "clutch" even though I have an automatic transmission. I didnt understand that part but it seems to be working okay now.

Was there for 2 hours to get a few things done. The key on my 5 month car stopped working. When I took my winter floor mats off the hooks to put the carpet ones down, the hook pulled half way out of the floor. They didnt fix it or do anything about it except reattach the floor mats. Now I need to go sit there again to get it fixed.
