I had a service light on. They charged $100 for using the "computer" to read the diagnostic codes on the obd. They charged $100 for that and $25 for a new gas cap I didnt need. Put a stick in your eye and keep on going. Youll be better off.

I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I happen to be driving by and just drove around the lot until I found a tan one that I really liked. Chris from sales came out and with no pressure asked how I was and just talked. He asked what I liked and I told him I like the tan jeep. Now, instead of trying to sell me another one, he said "thats great lets look at the one you like!" I told him I wanted to trade in my Subaru. He suggested I take the jeep for a test drive while he values the Subaru. Chris never once talked about price because he let me see if this was what I actually really wanted and there was no pressure. I took the jeep for a spin and I could tell then make sure they service the vehicles before there sold. Not only did they help me get out of my Subaru they helped me into the vehicle I loved, Chris helped us threw the price I wanted to be with Bob the sales manager (he helped with getting me exactly where I wanted to be for payment and that was his number one concern). both gentleman understand what I needed to be at for a price and helped me threw every step and explained how everything broke down as far as price and APR. All of the sales and service were friendly when I waited to have my 2nd key made the next day and the service was extremely quick. This dealership truly cares about there customers and how they feel. I felt a relief knowing I was buying a car threw them. I will be back for another vehicle and all my service. Since 1988 Ive purchased all my vehicles (new and used) at Lamberts. Currently I have a 2000 Cherokee Sport with over 200k miles which I have serviced there regularly, both for routine maintenance and occasional problems. The service staff is just terrific. They are friendly while professional and give clear explanations of the service they have done and any repairs that are recommended. Theyve kept this Jeep going for 15 years. After an initial prognosis of a failed WCM, my local garage said it would need a dealer to look at it and recommended Lamberts, despite there being three dealers closer. I took them up on their suggestion and could not have been more pleased. In my first contact with Jay at Lamberts, he asked it I wanted a diagnosis done, gave me the costs and fully explained what was entailed and what wasnt. I okd the diag. When they were unable to reach the issue withing the allotted time, I was contacted by Jay for my approval to continue. Withing an hour or so they had dialed down the problem. It turned out not to be the WCM. In order to fully explain the problem, Jay took the initiative to go above and beyond and emailed photos and a details describing exactly the failed components. I was impressed! One solution was a $1500+ repair, but given the age if the car and mileage, a second option of replacing just the component of the harness instead of the entire harness was recommended. This second option, when complete, came in at a third of the cost. Not only that, the repair was completed by the end of the day. I went away feeling like they reared my car as if it were one of their own.

Following an oil change completed at another Jeep dealership closer to my place of employment, I was informed that I would most likely need an extensive and expensive repair to my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I was provided w/ options to consider in terms of managing the repair, but encouraged to make a decision as to my next action step prior to the dealership closing out the paperwork for my oil change. I informed the service person that I would not be making a decision at that time. I then chose to call my sales person at Lamberts (Mark Perry), and explained the situation I needed to resolve w/ my Jeep. He spoke w/ the service manager-- whom then spoke w/ me about my options for repairing my vehicle. There was no pressure, just assistance w/ informed decision making. An appt. was made, and my vehicle was repaired-- w/ no charge to me as the dealership was able to demonstrate some flexibility w/ the warranty due to the age of the vehicle. I was, and always have been, well treated by the team at Lamberts. My Wrangler is the 4th Jeep I have purchased and maintained at Lamberts, and I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles through this highly reputable dealership.

When a breakdown strikes, we are usually at the mercy of the nearest dealership. I my case, being out on the interstate, it was a matter of luck and proximity that landed me at Lambert Auto Sales. I was resolved to this fact and proceeded to allow the tow truck driver to guide the way. He dropped me and my car off in the parking lot and said his good bye. We didnt buy our 06 Town and Country from Lambert, however we consistently bring it here for service. Were we to buy another Chrysler product, we would certainly stop here first. Everyone weve encountered at Lambert is curteous, in fact friendly, exactly what one expects from a small-town auto dealership. And, we have yet to have to take the car back for rework of any repair. All repairs have been completed in the time promised and within estimate. The car now has 125K miles on it, and it appears to be running fine. We have dealt with the only other Chrysler dealer in the NH/VT Upper Valley region, and Lambert is by far the better of the two in every regard. Theyre a little off the beaten path, and their service isnt cheap, but weve never felt as if were being ripped off--more than can be said for their competitor.

The service Lambert Auto has given us on our RAM 2500 has been excellent. It has taken longer than we liked to get accessories into the dealership for installation, but once received, the work progressed very quickly and was done well. When we discovered a problem with the Fifth Wheel hitch which was installed by a Lambert Auto supplier, we contacted them directly. They responded immediately to repair the equipment which had been incorrectly built by the manufacturer.
