I had taken my car in for service and it was kinda dead, so we looked for another. The salesman came out and showed us a few and we test drove them and bought the Escape. It is a very nice car, runs good so far.We always take our vehicles to McFarland Ford, they are the best. You dont walk away feeling like they took your money and didnt fix anything. They do wonderful work and you dont have to return for the same repair time after time like other dealerships.

Do not bring a vehicle to trade in here! The trade in manager is completely unreasonable and will not give you what your vehicle is worth. He absolutely will not budge, without any good reason except "its a number he made up". He will simply low ball you. They are not cheaper than other dealers when you take into consideration he discount on your purchase in addition to stiffing you on you trade.

As far as the work done on my vehicle, I was very satisfied, as always. I was disturbed, however, that no one shared with me the fact that the usual service center was in such disarray! I understand that from time to time renovations are necessary, but at least give your customers the courtesy of letting them know when the appointment is made. I am disabled, using two crutch devices to walk and went to the usual area when I brought my vehicle in. I had to walk around to the collision center which was a major inconvenience for me (and very painful as well!). Please let your customers know in advance so they can be prepared!

Came in on scheduled maintenance (10,000 mile) for an oil change and tire rotation. Comfortably sat in waiting area. Upon completion, the service manager promptly gave me a run down on safety checks that were conducted and found no issues. No surprises, and efficient service.

I had a very enjoyable buying experience. From start to finish, my salesman (David Friedman) was very helpful. I was shopping with two other dealers at the same time. The others were trying to play games, but David was upfront and won my business. Even the finance transaction went smooth. No heavy handed push for things I didnt want.

First time using this dealership for service repair when vehicle would not allow gas into 3/4 empty tank. Usual reasons turned out not to be the cause and staff worked with Ford factory technicians to try and resolve issue. Finally diagnosed problem to be shop cloth blocking line. Kudos to Don, Justin and all of the technicians who worked without fail to resolve problem successfully and at VERY reasonable rate considering time involved. Gave us a break, for sure. Many thanks!!
