Prior to visiting the dealer I talked to John through email and on the phone to discuss what I was looking for and gain information about potential trade in value of my current vehicle. John was courteous and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Since I was going to be lugging my two kids into the dealer that night (6 months and 3 years) I wanted to make sure my efforts wouldnt be wasted and that we wouldnt be sitting at a dealer for hours on end trying to negotiate. We met with Brian that night, John had left for the day (my fault I hadnt told him if I was coming in for sure), and I was a little worried I would be starting all over with negotiating but that wasnt the case at all. That night we were in and out within approximately an hour which included the test drive and we did not have to deal with the endless back and forth of negotiations.
