One. They sold me a car with an aftermarket sunroof and headliner which I had problems with day 1. Had I known that it had this equipment I would have never purchased the vehicle. Two. Saying you cant go over a certain amount per month does not mean hey, please show me the fanciest car on the lot and say its the only thing I can get approved for. Three. They told the loan company false information about the car/deal. Who does that?

I just had service done on my Nissan Rogue. I had condensation in the front headlight which they replaced through the warranty. They also fixed a back running light at no charge. We are still dealing with a inside panel issue but are confident this will be solved very quickly..I am very pleased with the work performed to date.

My wife and I just recently bought a used vehicle from Country Nissan and it was actually the 1st time I enjoyed the whole car-buying experience. Our salesman, Steve Nelson, was fantastic. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. At no time did we feel pressured. To top it off, out time spent with the Finance Mgr, Mark Bousquet, was terrific as well. He was very patient with us explaining all the different options and helping us pick the payment option and service plan that was best suited for our needs. We just bought the car so we havent used the service dept yet, but I expect that well get the same professional and courteous service from them as well.

I have leased 2 vehicles from country nissan and I have always been treated very well. They worked with me on my monthly payment amount. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have not had much success buying cars. As a Black woman entering a 99% white male environment, I was hesitant as to what kind of service I would receive. I was on my guard. My experience at Country Nissan, with Steve Nelson, specifically changed this. He was pleasant from the very moment he held the door open to let my mom out of the passenger side. He chatted jovially with mom and immediately connected about their mutual love for spicy food. They found a lot more in common as the afternoon went along. I came in with one car in mind that I had seen and although he tried to encourage me to test some others I was stuck on the one I had seen. I spent a total of about 4 hours there and every minute of it was delightful. He is very competent and definitely works hard at making customers feel comfortable and content. I will return there! I must remark though that hardly any of the other salespeople took the time to even say hello. This would have gotten them a 5 in my book.

I have had nothing but excellent service since I have changed over to purchasing and servicing my vehicles at Country Nissan. The service department does a great job in getting your car in and out in a efficient manner. I came in just yesterday to have our 2009 Nissan Rogue serviced. I had recently bought another vehicle from them about eight months ago and I initial loved the vehicle and although it had all the bells and whistles. I was not happy with the vehicles gas mileage or cost for maintenance thus the reason for looking at new or used vehicles . So we came in while my car was being serviced and talked with Jesse and told him what we were looking for and he immediately pulled up his vehicle inventory on his computer screen. So after a few test drives and details I decided to purchase a new 2015 Rogue Nissan. Without Jesse help I can honestly say that I would not have purchased the vehicle. Jesse was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I checked out the vehicles. I never felt pressured and was never "hounded" by phone calls like I had been from other dealerships. I appreciated this as I didnt want to be bothered while I was making my decision and checked other makes and models. Jesse replied to my phone calls and emails promptly answering all my questions. I had an Altima Coupe and loved it but felt it was time for a small SUV. I purchased a 2015 Rogue and am very happy with it. Could have lived without all the features - leather, awesome panoramic sunroof, nav, etc but who wants to! Jesse and Van made my new car shopping very pleasant and easy to negotiate. Disappointed the finance area did not get in touch with me before I came to the dealership.

I went there to look at cars. The service men were the rudest people I have ever met. I was shown the wrong type of car (they didnt know the difference between a Murano & a Rogue) and was left sitting there for an extremely long time while my sales man socialized with a friend of his. I contacted the manager but they dont seem to care either. If theyre this complacent before they get your money just imagine how bad theyll be after they get it.

Jerry was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my car. He was able to find the problem, order a new transmission and return the car to me in a timely manner. He also went out of his way to provide me with a loaner car while my car was being repaired. He was very accommodating to me and my busy schedule. I am very pleased with the service I was provided.

My husband and I recently decided it was time to buy a new/newer vehicle, we werent sure what exactly we wanted Steve at Country Nissan was extremely patient and never tried to steer us toward any particular vehicle. Steve was very patient as I tried several different vehicles went back and forth between buying new vs lease vs buying used, my husband was out of town on business and I dealt with steve myself until my husband came home and we made the final decision. Steve never tried to push any vehicle or "specials" on me as several other Northampton dealerships tried to do, which is why we decided to go with Country. My only caveat is do your homework on financing the quote tbey first gave us on an interest rate we beat with a local credit union and to thier credit they did spend some time and topped the credit union quote to keep our business...we purchased an altima hybrid and we are very happy!

I bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue. They pretended like I was getting a great car at a great deal. The day after I bought it my tire pressure light went on and when I brought it in they said there was a nail in the tire and it must have been my fault and tried to make me buy a brand new tire. within two months my radio display stopped working. I went to refinance 3 months after I bought it and got an interest rate that was a third of what originally was given to me through their finance department (when he had said he was given me the best possible financing option). I put my trust in them and feel as though I was totally mislead and was treated poorly. I know many people who had horrible experiences at this dealership as well; including a close family friend who purchased a vehicle from country and when she tried to trade it in at another dealership a few years later she was told it was worth 1/4 of what it should have been as it had a salvaged title- which was at no point told to her!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I went in over the Memorial Day weekend, just to look at an Altima. The deal I was offered was so good I bought the car that day. This is the 5th Nissan product weve owned and weve been thoroughly pleased with all of them. The staff at Country Nissan is professional and the service department staff is knowledgeable. Repairs and routine service are handled in a timely fashion and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.

Brought my 2013 Juke in for 7500 mile service on Saturday. I was greeted at the service desk and the gentleman behind the counter didnt have to ask me my name, he handed me my slip and showed me the waiting room. I had a question about my tire pressure indicator and he was able to quickly answer my questions. While waiting I was greeted by the business manager Mark who asked me about both my cars. And by the sales manager Mr. Potter again asked about both cars and if I enjoyed driving them. I told him that the 370Z nismo only has about 300 miles on it because I only take it out on nice sunny days. My Juke was completed in less than 45 minutes. I am very happy with the service and its nice to know that the people at country nissan still remember you by name.

I went in the other day and was only planning to buy a used car but secretly hoping I could afford a new car. Jesse was so helpful and friendly and even ran the numbers on different cars and I found I was able to not only get a new car but the car I had been hoping for! The prices were very reasonable! And even though it was late in the day he was able to have the team at Country Nissan do all the paperwork so I could drive home with it that night. The next day I went back to get my inspection and registration and when Jesse saw us come in he came right over and ask if I was happy with my new car! He even cleaned out my old car and found items I missed! He checked back throughout my second visit too!! Just amazing service all around! My grandparents had told me everyone was so nice there and they were right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Country Nissan was easy to deal with when purchasing my Juke.However,they make a promise to you that they do not keep( I am not alone having this experience !!!)...they promise you a 50 dollar "check in the mail" if you refer a customer to them who buys a car from them.I did,6 months ago,and no check! I know 2 other people who have had the exact same experience! I talked with Jill there 1 month ago,and she assured me that it was an "honest" mistake and promised me a check....still no check !!! I dont really care about the check---its the lies and deception that bothers me,and my friends who were also lied to !!! Deceptive,VERY bad business practice for SURE !!!!!!

My Rogue had a bunch of recalls and unfortunately,we ran out of time ourselves to stay and have them all done. We returned yesterday and it was taken care of within 30 mins! Talk about speedy!
