I will never go back. I went in for one specific fix and they broke multiple other parts (the expensive ones) and charged me to replace. The service was fine I guess but I wouldnt trust them to go back. Not appreciated. If you are on a budget they wont stick to it or try to help you out. Good luck..

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Samson Moses at Acton CDJR. Samson was very friendly and professional. Samson kept every promise and appointment he made -- how often do you hear that about car sales? Samson was extremely helpful in handling my old car, which I was donating to a charity, but the charity could not pick up the car until later. A smooth transaction overall. In terms of pricing, Acton CDJR is not too different than other places, I would put them on the "less pressure" end of the spectrum, but you still need to negotiate. My advice: do your homework, have comparables, and know your walk away price. No hard sell on the extended warranty stuff, which was nice -- they provided the information very clearly and it was up to me to decide. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend (and have!), and the sales rep Samson Moses. I will very likely purchase from this dealer again.

Instead they came up on the initial trade in price! Financing was next, I gave a monthly payment that I had estimated...I left the dealer so they could work on financing and was called the next morning at 9am to inform me the payments would be $30 less a month then what I had given as price...what dealer ever calls you with a lower price then estimated?!?! I picked up my jeep at 3 that afternoon with side steps included and installed for free! It didnt seem possible that I would find the exact jeep I wanted at a price that any other dealer couldnt even come close too! I signed the paperwork and within 10 minutes was out the door on my way in my new truck. Every single person in that dealership is wonderful...kind, courteous, helpful, and professional while giving a family feel. I will never buy another vehicle from any other dealer. I have been completely spoiled by this experience and will return to this dealership for my next purchase.
