I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape after test driving it and having all of my questions answered by Jeff Tripp. My issue with the wiper blades was resolved by the installation of new blades. The staff was very helpful and the service was great.

I came in for an oil change on my 2015 Ford Escape. My car was taken right in and the work was completed in less than an hour. The staff was also extremely helpful and synced my phone with my car before I left.

Everything was exceptional until I detected that I had summer tires on the Mustang. I was told by Jeff they were all weather. It wasnt until I came in one day and spoke with Dave in service and he was nice enough to look at the tires. The tires do not say Summer on them so he wasnt sure but said I would be ok driving on them in the cold weather. He did say he could look up for me but I didnt want to take up more of his time and decided if I can drive on them in the cold no problem - I wouldnt use in snow or ice anyway - thats where my 2015 Edge I bought from you would come in. When I got home I had some doubts and decided to look up the tire at the Pirreli site. I did read where summer tires should not be driven if the temperature is below 40 degrees or the tires will be damaged. SO I sent the tire information to Jeff and asked him to check and that I didnt think they were all weather as he had told me. Jeff checked and found out they were summer tires. I wish I had been told up front that these tires could not be used in the cold weather and told Jeff I was dissappointed in not knowing especially since the mustang build we worked on had the right tires on them but when I saw the same color mustang convertible on the lot I decided to take that one. Jeff sent me a note about being able to order winter tires through the sales department. Never once did he show any concern for me regarding this or offer an apology and tell me he was sorry he didnt know what type of tires they were when I first asked him. I didnt expect much but oops would have been appreciated. I am not going to buy expensive rims and tires for a lease car so it sits in the garage - well Jeff did think that since the winter was well underway that he hoped I would enjoy driving the mustang in the spring.
