"$100 For Refering Customers To Them.. Warning!"
My own personal experience with them was great but if you refer someone to them they tell you that you get $100 for getting them a customer. The person that referred me got $100 but I referred another friend back around May and it is now September and I still have not received my hundred dollars. I have been in contact with both the salesman my friend worked with and the sales manager and they have given me the same excuse every time that they did not have my information to send me the check. That is understandable, but I dont find it acceptable anymore because I have given them my information about 3 times and still nothing. My final conversation with them a little over a month ago, the sales manager ended up saying that they will absolutely send it out next time that salesman makes a sale. He must not have made anything since then as I still have not received anything! I also find it quite annoying that they havent even taken the time to call to let me know that they are still working on it. I had figured that my friend new my information but an obvious warning to everyone else: Make sure if you are referring someone that they have your phone number your address and your full name before they go otherwise they will play this game with you even if you call and give them the information after!!!

Shopping for a vehicle is something that many of us dread having to do but when we entered the lot at Columbia Ford that feeling quickly left us. The service we received from Mike Howard was excellent! He was helpful and easy going and provided us with enough facts on several vehicles to make smart choices for our family. He took his time and we test drove several vehicles before finding one we loved. The whole purchase process was painless and we bought the car the same day. Our first experience with the service department came with our first oil change and again we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from every person at the dealership. I have recommend Columbia Ford to several people since purchasing our vehicle! Even though the dealership is more than 30 minutes from our home we will continue to have our service performed there because of the high caliber of all the staff at Columbia Ford.

I found a car online on there website and made an inquiry about it. Next day got a call from there internet dept who was very nice and set up a time for me to come in for test drive. When came time to buy manager noticed car was listed wrong as it should have been more than online price had posted. However, he still honored the error and I got a good deal on my car.

We were unable to ever purchase a car in the Windham area because no one could beat the prices we could get out of town. Even when we would go to a dealership with prices quoted from competitors it didnt do us any good. One snowy Sunday we decided to just go "look", but the dealership was open and we had an awesome salesman who in no way was pushy. Had that been the case we would be totally turned off and left. Turns out we bought the car we saw, a Sorento, and we were very happy with the car and the whole buying process. Then just two years later we were made an offer on another car. We were given a more than fair price for the trade and then we bought another Kia, this time a Sportage. We love this car for its looks and reliability. The dealership staff was so friendly and the process was easy even though buying a car takes a bit of time. The place is nicely decorated and pleasant to be in for service. We highly recommend this dealership for its fairness in pricing, availability of vehicles and most of all the friendliness and professionalism by all the staff.

"The Best Car Dealership"
I had a few issues with my Kia Optima rental car. They towed in into the shop and after hours of review, they noticed that some wires had been chewed under the hood which affected my waring lights and window washers. Very unusual happening. They repaired the wired and tested the car for hours to make sure that all was ok. All the employees are very pleasant and helpful. I am so glad that I leased from this dealership as I have never had such good car. The facilities are clean and beautiful.

Last two times I had maintenance done only some was done but there was no charge given by the maintenance manager. Be ready to wait or may even have to bring the car back to have the rest of the maintenance completed. I dont know what has happened to the maintenance department because all the times before the work was completed on time and all parts were always available. All the work that was completed has been very good and the parts used have been top shelf.

I have purchased two Super Duty trucks from Columbia Ford over the past few years. With a Ford Certified Master Technician in the family (now working for the state), I trust his faith in this dealer for both sales and warranty service. As an aside, unfortuaately, the front end customer service experience at the Collision Center (a Gates affiliate) was a different story, and we elected to have our repair work performed aelsewhere following a minor motor vehicle accident with insurance coverage. As for the dealership, kudos!

This was my second car purchase there and it was the Escape. Since it was my second I thought that they did not go all out like they did on my first purchase but in the end about a month later they did make it up. They fixed all the customer wants that they had missed in the beginning. My first purchase they bent over backwards and then some, in the end so was the second purchase.
