Very happy with the service here. Drove right up to the door, and was greeted by a service writer they took me right in, checked my car for recalls and asked if I had any concerns and was walked to the waiting room. Very clean bathrooms, my kids had a place to play, WiFi, Big screen TV, vending machines, and Coffee on the house. During my oil change the service writer came back to me and showed me their free car inspection even had pics of what the mechanic found, I ok the air filter and made an appointment for my breaks to be done at a later date. Service writer came back but this time with my keys car was done in about 45 mins. My favorite part my carpet was clean. Definitely will go back.

My son was looking to buy his first real car with financing and all. Seeing as he was only 22 years old we wanted him to go about on his own, make all his own decisions, negotiate, sit through the process. Being the protective parent i am though i went along to throw up any red flags if things didnt seem right.We thought we would try Devinos after some recommendations from friends and from their reviews on Cars.com To start the place is clean, and very nice looking. My son didnt really know what kind of car he was looking for and honestly this worried me he could be persuaded into something he didnt actually want or like. My fears dissipated in minutes however and that was all thanks to Ron M. Ron is the nicest and best car salesman i have ever met. He was incredibly nice and PATIENT with my son as he started to describe what he would like and Ron showed him cars that fit that description. Not once did i feel like my son was being pressured or persuaded, Ron was incredibly kind and really helped point his attention in the right direction. I recently went to buy my first car. On a recommendation I went and saw Ron Merancy, and let me tell you the experience was amazing. To start Devinos has a nice selection of used cars in the lot. Then the owner of the dealership wont even be bothered by this, he has someone else call and deal with his complaints and dirty work. I took my wife to purchase her first Hyundai car during June 2015 and Madrid Ajro was our sales person, he took the time going over details showing the car and closing the sale with her for a new Elantra Limited... There were so many features on this car, he set up the Bluetooth system with her phone and explained the GPS navigation system and many other car features so she understood what he was doing rather than rushing and getting too technical... After driving my wifes car a number of times (yes she let me) and taking a 536 mile round trip to North Conway New Hampshire, I was impressed with the solid feel of the Hyundai Elantra. We were getting 37 miles per gallon on the highway and I had to double check my calculations to be sure that the miles per gallon was correct... So during the past two months I ran out of excuses to use my wifes car so I purchased a new Elantra SE for myself today August 29, 2015 from Madrid Ajro who was glad to see us back again.. Very nice people in sales and service, very friendly and of course nice cars too..

I dont normally go into a dealership with out knowing what I want, Im very picky about what I buy. This time However my requirements were something AWD for my pregnant wife and I wanted to lower my payments from her current car. After spotting a few things at another dealer and being insulted by their trade in offer and them not seeming to understand what I wanted, we took a ride up to Devinos. With in minutes Madjrid had a vehicle picked out that fit the bill, he understood my requirements and got us what we wanted. They were not pushy at all. When we sat down to sign the papers I thought for sure they were gonna try and shove an extended warranty at us but they did not. Ive been in the automotive repair industry myself for a long time and more often then not, those extended warrantys never pay for themselves and are a huge money maker for the dealer. I would highly recommend Devinos to someone looking for a car. Hopefully I will be looking for a newer truck for myself in the near future and I hope they have or can get what I want.
