We just leased our second car from Mazda of Milford, CT, replacing a Mazda6 with a Mazda6. We enjoyed the car, found service to be excellent, and so went back for our second car. Everything was first class. There was an issue with the old car -- a deer ran into it, so it needed body work. There was a bit of confusion about the process, but the dealer provided us a loaner until our new cat was available. In the end, no harm, no foul.

I went in to look for a new car and with the cx3 in mind. Within minutes of arriving I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. As soon as I mentioned what I was looking for we went on a test drive and from there the rest of the process was very smooth. While they did not have the car I was initially looking for they took the time and found one with exactly what I wanted. They worked quickly and were noting but helpful the entire time. It was a pleasant and painless experience and I was in my new car within the week.

I was recently in the market for a second car - and I wanted something "fun" this time! (think convertible) I shopped all the web-sites and started visiting used car lots with potential cars for me. I had a certain amount of money that I could spend and explained to each salesperson I spoke to that I needed for my limited funds: Power, Great Handling, Good Looks, and a Top that comes down! When I arrived at Mazda of Milford I was lucky enough to meet Big Smitty - "the champ"! He was so pleasant and sweet, even! He made me so comfortable within moments and I felt like he truly cared about me getting into that car and he did. When we picked up the beautiful blue metallic Miata RX the next day, I asked my husband to snap a photo of me and Big Smitty so I could post it on my Facebook page ~ it was that good of an experience!

Our recent Mazda Service was excellent. We had 2 flat tires on our new 2016 Mazda - on a Friday evening - and Mazda service took us right in the next day. We were given a loaner car for the weekend because a new tire wasnt available at that time. Thanks to Mazda Service Manager Ray for a great and fair experience!

Went to Mazda of Milford just to see what a Mazda was all about. Smitty one of the lot guys introduced himself and pointed out cars I wanted see. Then......l ft me alone......perfect for me!!, Did my research went back and dealt with Julian. Again no pressure from him, basically left me alone to look at car and when I made serious pitch for car negotiated and the wanted the roll off lot price .....high he gave. The whole process was made easy I didnt feel any pressure to buy and was encouraged at all times to ask any questions. Ive read some less than favorable reviews but I like to go to lot do my thing and make my mind up. The guys at Milford did just that so all in all I found it great experience. Some people might find my experience unattentive by Smitty and Julian but it wasnt......they did what I wanted and needed from them. On purchase day, process was quick but not rushed and any questions I had answered well by staff who were knowledgeable. I didnt want hang around and was off lot in car in no time. Also helps car was really good and am very pleased with it.... Like to thank guys at Milford Mazda for making purchase really good.specially Julian and Smitty

I brought my car in for the first oil change. I was asked if there was anything with the car that I was concerned about or noticed - and I replied that the brakes intermittently squeal. l was surprised as the car was new. They checked everything and replaced the brake pads and rotors. While part of me was unhappy with Volvo that this needed to be done, I was very appreciative that Connecticuts Own took the time to address this. To me, this was exceptional service. Thank you for taking good care of my car and me!
