The setup call in the parking lot during delivery lures you in to buying cell minutes and I later found out through Internet blogs that they automatically start charging your credit card $30 a month when your Onstar trial is up. A little deceptive and a lot shady on Onstars part. A heads up that they do this would have been nice but Im sure sale staff is instructed not to do so.

I think your new showroom/service area looks real nice, but in this economy you should be trying to keep your rates lower to accommodate your local clients who like me, bought the vehicle from you, and come back year after year for service. The price was kind of high in my opinion. Jeff, the service rep was very personal and proficient. So far my car "feels" ok, but I havent gotten it over to inspection yet.
