"Horrible Service."
Horrible horrible place. Will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone. My car has been there 4 times in the past 2 months. Never once was offered a loaner car any of the times its been there, been without a car for days at a time. Not to mention when it got dropped off one time for a tranny issue it had 3/4 of a tank and I got it back with 26 miles till empty....last and final time my car was there no one called me saying what was wrong or what they were doing to my car. I only got a call that it was done and what my total was....like what? Everyone that works there has no idea what their talking about and Im sure I paid all that money last time (which my issue still isnt fixed) just for them to unplug my battery and call it "a software update" , they also wanted to tell me that my engine isnt covered under warranty?....I still have factory warranty...car currently has 27,000 miles....
"Great Service Nice Clean Environment"
Great place to go to if you want to lease a car. The staff is very friendly and my salesman Terrance was very informative made and sure I was happy with my purchase!
"100% Satisfied"
First time ever writing a review , but I felt it was necessary. When you purchase or lease a car satisfaction from start to finish is what we all want. From the owners, secretarys, salesman, finiance, and all the rest it was a real pleasure to purchase a car at NAPOLI NISSIAN. Special thanks to Scott Haverl and Mr. Taylor. If you a great deal in a great atmosphere go to NAPOLI NISSIAN!!!!! ¿¿
"Excellent Service Salesperson Pat Was Awesome"

"Great Overall Experience"
Awesome experience, great staff all around. I would recommend Napoli to anybody.
"Follow Up To Free Is Not Free"
Just to follow up still waiting for that phone call!
"Great Service"
I purchased multiple cars there and every time I had a great buying experience, I also service my cars there and I think the staff there is great.
"Free Is Not Free"
I purchased my 2008 Nissan Frontier about 5 years ago. The buying process was nothing short of nightmarish at which time I wrote my initial review. Before posting it the review was sent to Napoli and they contacted me. After several calls back and forth in order for me not to proceed with a negative review i was offered free lifetime oil changes. Up until last week everything was fine i went in had the oil changed and out the door i went. This time they hand me a bill for $37. claiming that the oil changes are free only if i had the recommended work performed.. Hopefully i dont run out of space. I dropped the truck off with a note to call me as i wanted to check the last time i had the tires rotated. Manny called me and said the tires are wearing perfectly, they still look new no need to rotate them. In the next breath he is telling me that the front shocks and struts should be changed and the rear shocks are leaking. Im not a mechanic but im not a total idiot. All this can be done for about $1000 and as an additional kicker the brake fluid should be changed. I declined and he said it was fine only a recommendation there was no rush or safety issue. I pick up the truck and they hand me the bill which i refused to pay and advised them in the 5 years maybe 3 times a year i have never paid for my free lifetime oil change and i was not paying for this. They were not going to give me my keys. I demanded to see a manager, well of course all the managers were gone already so i said get one on the phone. They said they could not do that. I responded that they either get a manager on the phone or give me my keys. They eventually gave me my keys but said they could not give me any paper work which i could have cared less about.. The next day i get a followup call from Napoli asking how things went and I told the girl who called I was very unhappy again and felt they were pulling a fast one on me. She apologized and said she would have a manager or the service manager call me. 3 days later still waiting! I had my regular mechanic look at the shocks and struts and did not tell him what happened just to check them out. He said other than some surface rust on the rear shocks he didnt see any leaks and the front shocks and struts were fine.
"Car Purchase"
salesperson was great - everyone at the dealership was very helpful - facilities was clean
"Worst Experience Ever"
I went to NEPOLI Nissan today and I think I spoiled my time, effort and mood. The sales person was pushy and was not even ready to explain the features of the car. On being asked what additional expenses and features I will have to see before buying he bluntly suggested TO GO TO WEBSITE ANS SEE FOR YOUR SELF. Despite of me telling him that I will like to compare prices with other dealers he pressured me about 6 times about making some payment. He was rude enough to not explain the features of the car again to my friend or to even write it down. He was not even ready to disclose the additional costs like for the splash guards, moon roof or bumper protector. When I told him that I would like cream interiors he was rude enough to say that Nissan does not make those and the car comes on only black interiors. Seems that he was selling me the same car which they have in the inventory without even making any changes. He was not even ready to give the breakdown of the premium version and features. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NAPOLI NISSAN TO ANYONE.
"Great Customer Service"
I had a great experience purchasing my new car. Nazario was a wonderful rep and very attentive to my needs as a customer. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. With his expertise I was able to drive out in a new nissan rouge with a great deal. Thank You for the womderful experience Napoli Nissan!
"Good Service"
i went in looking for a dodge charger and when i arrived it was ready there for me all warmed up. i went in and i met with miguel who still seemed busy but said if i liked to get check out the car as i waited to go ahead. i went ahead and looked. 10 minutes later he comes out and we chatted for bit and he was very respectful and friendly surprisingly considering how most dealers are. after the testdrive we sat down and discuss the car. i had a car to trade in which i was going to end up upside down with the loan. even tho i ended up not getting the car because of issues with my trade in, miguel was still going above and beyond to take in my car and and give me agreat trade in price. i was love to do busines with this dealer again in the future
"Just Dont Waste Your Time Or Money!"
I purchased my vehicle from Napoli back about a year and a half now, and let me tell you DO NOT deal with this place. They were initially good to me but when I started having issues with my vehicle is when the true colors began to arise. The sales department is ok. But of course they have to be since they want your business. The receptionist that I dealt with was flat out rude. Just ignored my presence until I forced her to acknowledge me. Even though I stood 2ft in front of her. Now to the worse part. The service department. The employees are extremely rude and act as if youre a bother to them. Like you just love having to wait 2.5 hrs for a car to be serviced. There is one young lady that was kind to me but the men in there are nothing short of jerks. When I call or would go in they were rude one young guy, he sits in the first or second desk is always giving people a hard time. And I have witnessed other customers lose their cool on employees before I knew why. They speak to you as if you have no common knowledge. Im a female but I happen to know plenty about cars so when they would address me like Im a total idiot it was very insulting. Funny thing is when I would ask to speak with a manager they would either keep talking until I got upset and demanded a manager or simply deny a manager being present. A totally discouraging and disgusting experience. Never again.
"Wouldnt Go There For Service Anymore"
Sent my nissan rougue (year of 2009, only 35,000 mileage). They strongly suggested me to replace the front brake and may be the rotor as well. I went to other local auto garages with very good reputation and was told the front brake should be good for at least another 8,000 to 10,0000 miles. They always send you a coupon of oil change for very cheap price then will tell you need to replace this and that. Be careful!! They used to be good. Looks like they have some new repair service guys.
"Great Service"
Excellent service ! My salesman John Tripodi was terrific, and super helpful! I especially was grateful when he brought the car to my home for inspection because I had totaled my car, and was very distraught. I know of no other dealer who would do this !! I have recommended Napoli to quite a few people! Sincerely, Carroll Hogan
"Gus Rosario Best Dealer Sales Ever..."
I had a nice experience. Staff (Gus) very profesional, carrying and take his time to respond all of my questions. Overall satisfied with the experience.
"My Son First Car Note"
Well, I thought even though it was a used car , but it was my son first time buying/financing a car and a college graduate maybe could of been a better deal, offer a incentives, something other than that it was a good.
"Great Experience"
Had a great experience buying a used car at Napoli Nissan. Have bought many cars in my lifetime with varying degrees of satisfaction but this really was a great, low-pressure place to buy. Especially commend our sales consultant Andy Ayaya, what a great guy and he was extremely friendly. Would recommend.
"Customer"
Hello; I just bought a car today, & the experience was an excellent one. Gus Rosario was my dealer rep., & he immediately sensed what I was looking for. I came in originally just to shop around & to see new cars. After I saw the prices, I did not want to spend that much. He showed me the used Rogue & just like that, I bought the car. It was easy, & before I knew it, I was driving off in my new car. The finance process was great & kudos to Lori for keeping me informed & I am a new customer.
"Happy Customer!"
I was extremely happy with the car buying experience at Napoli. Gus was very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. The entire Napoli team was very professional and the whole purchase process was very smooth. I highly recommend them
"Great Service And Staff"
I bought 2 vehicles from Napoli and both times I have had great experiences! I told them what I was looking for and where I wanted my payments to be and no issue!
"Extremely Friendly, Honest And Knowledgable Servic"
I went to Napoli Nissan with the intent of trading in my used car in the hopes of lowering my monthly car payment. I never thought Id walk out with a brand new car for less than I was paying for my used vehicle. I received fast friendly service the entirety of my visit to Napoli Nissan. Not only were the Sales Reps and Sales managers friendly and knowledge but I felt they were up-front and honest about what vehilcle would suit be the best regarding my current financial situation. I give Napoli Nissan 5 stars and would gladly recommend them to friends and family or anyone who is looking to buy a new car at a fair and honest price.
"Customer Service Sucks"
I have taken appointment at 3 PM with specific model. But by the time I reached (after driving nearly for 30 miles) there, they moved the care to another location which closed earlier than informed 4 PM. The way the manager responds Sucks no coordination between Customer relation and the staff inside the showroom.
"Awesome Service!"
excellent service. My husband and I were very happy with Gus, he was very helpful with all the needs of the two new cars we purchased.
"The Worst !"
I was interested in a car that I saw online. I emailed this dealer, with my phone number but no one ever got back to me until 5 days later. The woman asked me what is stopping you from buying this car today ? So I told her I would like to see the car fax and if there was any type of warranty that comes with this car, 30 days ? etc. I also asked her if that was the best price for a cash deal. She couldnt tell me anything !!! Im not sure if you have to pay for a car fax report and Im not sure about the warranty or the price, she said but someone will get back to you. Now its 3 days and no one is calling me back. So I call the dealer myself and get put on hold. As Im on hold 2 different people pick up the line and then Im disconnected. I then called back and was put on hold again ! A woman picks up and says I cant help you but I will transfer you to someone who can. Then finally a man picked up and I asked him about the car and was put on hold again. Then when he returned to the line, he says sorry the car was sold. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This dealer experience was so bad I thought it was a prank and I was going to be on TV !!!! If this was the last car dealership on earth, I would rather take a cab for the rest of my life, NEVER AGAIN !!!!
"Worst Dealership"
Worst dealership I have ever been too, rude, cocky salesmen and finance manager, what ever you do, stay away. Drove Nissan my whole life and Napoli had a truck I was interested in so went to check it out, boy was that a mistake, after leaving there went to my usual dealership in Shelton and they got the truck from Napoli for me. Stay Away!!
"Great Experience!!!"
I have been trying to buy a car for close to a year. Considering I havent taken the plunge for 30 years I felt a little insecure. I needed to find someone who would treat me and talk to me like their sister/wife/mother. I needed a personal touch since I also have three kids and I needed a safe car. From the minute I walked in to Napoli Nissan, Joe Napoli made me feel secure and any stress I had went out the window. Then I met Steve, one of his salesmen. Can I say I felt even more relief that I was in extremely good hands? I put my trust in both of them and let them guide me and they didnt steer me wrong. Pun intended. The sold me a completely safe car that I could drive in the toughest of weather and not have to worry. I love my car! The best thing though was that the experience was stress free. I no longer have to worry about where our next car is going to come from. Im going home to Napoli Nissan. Im going to go chat with Steve and Joe. No more worries no more stress. Thank you guys so MUCH!!! from the bottom of my heart for your care and that personal touch.
"Service Overpricing Of Replacement Key"
Had my car towed by AAA to Napoli and copy of the original key (no electronic chip) was provided. Upon finding out that the car was left at their used car lot by mistake, another call from the used car lot was received which acknowledged the limitations of the key provided and that they would move it to the proper location for service. Upon completion of service I would later learn that part of the charge was that they had no copy of the original key to cut from even though one was provided and returned to me after pickup.A call to service claimed ignorance of the other key being present even though they returned it to me. These keys cost a lot of money without being overcharged for the service. Although my last two cars were purchased there Ill look elsewhere in the future if this is what I can expect from followup service that was selected because of my past purchase there even though the location of the car was closer to another Nissan dealership.
"Bait And Switch"
If I could give this dealership a zero rating I would. They listed a car on their website , I sent an email asking if the used car was still available. I received a confirmation email and a phone call from a young lady to set up an appointment to come and see the car. I asked if I should ask for a particular salesperson and she said no she would have it in the computer. Arrived at the dealership and was instantly put off by a salesperson named Jeff. Spoke at me and would not let me speak a word. He basically became involved in something that had nothing to do with him. Told him I had an appointment to look at a used Altima. He kept talking about something and we walked over to the receptionist. She said she would get somebody. Jeff comes back out and says Steve is bringing the car up front. 10 mins later no car no salesman. When Jeff approached us again and said he was bringing the car up I asked from where? He said we could go out to the lot and look for Steve, he was bald. We walked around the lot no one was out there. Walked back to the showroom and a salesman was coming out the door. I asked if he was Steve and he was . I told him Jeff said he was bringing the car but I was not getting a great feeling with the run around so far. He said he was meeting with someone else and had brought her car up for delivery. Now I am really losing patience as we have been In this dealership almost 30 mins, still have not seen a car or had a salesperson help us. Steve comes back with another salesperson who says they cant sell that car. It has a blown head gasket but shows us a car that would double our budget. I drove over an hour each way because of their deceptive sales practice. We were told by the last salesman that they keep telling the internet people and the receptionist that the car can not be sold but they dont listen and keep bringing people into the showroom. REALLY!
"Excellent"
I truly had a great experience. Joe and Sam were very helpful with all of my needs in a new car. It was a very easy and pleasant process dealing with Napoli.

"Napoli Motors Review"
06-03-2014
The customer service we received was wonderful. Our sales representative Clark was great, he made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and was very pleasant. He also called in Nazario who helped explain things in Portuguese which was very helpful and thoughtful. Everything that was discussed when making the purchase was followed through and we were very satisfied with Napolis services.
"Service"

I had to bring my new Altima in for service due to a recall letter that I had received from Nissan. The service call was handled efficiently and timely.
"Friendly, Helpful, Low Pressure Sales"

"More Like A Family Visit Than A Service Appointmen"
05-27-2014
First, I would like to point out a few outstanding things about Napoli Nissan personel. My keyfob batteries died over the weekend and I needed them replaced Monday morning. Even though the schedule was packed, Roseanne DeCarlo went out of her way to accomocate me that morning! When I arrived for my service appointment on Thursday, Rich Guerrera greeted me and did the paperwork. Since the car had not been serviced for several months, Rich continued to update me with problems found and suggestions regarding the cars maintenance that should be taken care of. He explained the reasons and the cost for every extra thing up front and requested my approval! I expected to be at Napoli Nissan for about 1 1/2 hours, but was there for 3 1/2 hours while waiting for the extra service issues that needed to be done. During that time, Rich continued to check on me and update me on the progress. Amanda Patrick also noticed my time there and continued to check on me throughout my service appointment to see if I needed anything. Jerry Lynch, who originally sold me the car, also came by to say hello and chat. This felt more like a family visit than a service appointment. The continued OUTSTANDING service from Napoli will keep me coming back! And I refer all of my friends to Napoli Nissan for car puchases and service!
"Quick, Knowledgeable, Friendly"
05-27-2014
Was brought in promptly. Service was quick and thorough. They took care of a recall issue with the passenger air bag before we were even notified by Nissan!
"Amazing Servive, Clean And Organized"
05-20-2014
From the moment we walked onto the lot I felt like a person not just a credit score number. Kevin Korchman was the salesman that we had the pleasure to deal with. I was never looked at in a negative way. He didnt try to tell me what I wanted to hear he was honest it was very refreshing. He gave us all the possible options and out comes. This is my first brand new car and my credit was going to be a large factor but he made sure I was comfortable but at the same time well informed. The finance manager that we work with was also the same way. I knew walking into Napoli that even though I wasnt a 800 score and a slam bunk sale. That they wanted to go the extra mile and do everything they could to get me into a car. Getting that phone call from Kevin the next day was one of the most exciting days of my life. Thank you to everyone at Napoli Nissan who was evolved that day.
"Great Staff"
05-15-2014
My salesman was very helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile for me and made sure all my questions were answered. I also liked that there was no pressure in the buying process like Ive experienced before. Every one that I delt with was knowledgable and patient.

"Napoli Nissan"

The staff were very helpful and worked with me in an efficient and professional manner. It was by far the best experience I have had in regards to purchasing a vehicle.
"Great Service, Clean Facilities"
05-06-2014
Service tech was efficient and got the work done quickly. I did not think she recommended unnecessary repairs just so the dealership would make extra money.
"Great Service"
05-06-2014
The care was brought in on a recall. The customer service rep stated that it would take an hour. The car was ready in the stated hour.
"Service Facility Is Clean"

I like that I was able to wait for my car and it only took 1 hour to complete the service.
"Great People; Great Service"

Andy is a great salesman, and a great person all around. He made sure my experience was not only positive, but personal.
"Good Car Buying Experience"
04-23-2014
Great bunch of guys (and girls). Product knowledgeable. Good sense for how to work to get me in a car. Cars stored indoors and not subject to CTs dirty acid rain.
"Bad Business Practice!"
04-23-2014
I bought a 2006 Nissan Maxima in March 2014. 4 days after I got the car home the check engine light came on and the heat stopped working. They did repair the thermostat. That Sunday I go to start the car and ..... Nothing! car wouldnt start! I tow it back in and wait until Monday for the service dept. to open for them to tell me its gonna cost me $590.00+ tax ($625.00) for a new starter! After explaining that I just bought the car a wk earlier they told me they would help me out. I get a call back telling me theyll knock off $100.00. WOW Thanks. I called the other Nissan dealer in the area and found out the starter cost $272.00. They wouldnt even knock off the labor which I think would have been fair. In the end I paid $525.00. To top it off my cars brakes squeaked a little since I got it but I figured it was because they were new. Then the grinding started so I take off the wheel and calipers to find the pads were worn to the absolute limit. It makes me wonder if they actually look at these cars and inspect them for safety before they throw them onto the lot to be sold! It blows my mind that a dealership that size would actually sell cars like this and the not fix issues within the 1st month of being sold no matter what the warranty is. I have bought cars from gas stations that fixed minor issues for nothing and napoli not only charged me parts but LABOR TOO???? WOW! I could have saved a lot of money buying from a private owner and deal with the same issues on my own but I figured buying a Nissan from a "Big" Nissan Dealer that I would be getting a car that would last at least a month without having all these major issues or at least brakes for that matter. I am amazed they would do business this way and would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy!
"Updated Review"
04-21-2014
After writing previous review, I went to pick up my hood protector so I could install it myself. When I asked for it, service became insistant that I allow them to install it. They installed it right then without any further problems. Thank you to the service manager Rich. Problem resolved!
