My car purchase experience at Fette Ford was the best. Adam was friendly & courteous. He provided excellent service. On the test drive he was throughout in explaining the many features the car had. During the sales process he was straight to the point, at no point did I feel pressured. Every person I encountered at Fette was also friendly & professional.
"Dishonest, Incometent And Rude"
Kia broke down on the side of the road, Kia roadside had it towed to the closest dealership, Fette Ford Kia. After a few days of getting no answer as to what was wrong with the vehicle, I called Kia USA. I was then called the next day by Fette Kia stating that my Kia Sorento had no oil in it, the dipstick had nothing on it, and that there was no leak so the repairs, (an engine), was not covered because I did not service the car. I immediately told the person that the services were done, and this is a new car, not a 20 year old car that leaks oil. Where did the oil go if it did not leak? Absolutely outrageous! I called Kia USA again and they authorized a tow to another dealer. I will write a review on that dealership once I am done.

Made a deposit but decided not to take the truck because of different answers I was getting. They said it takes up to a week to get my money. Wrote a yelp review now being threatened that if I dont take down my review I may not see my money. How can a business like this stay in business, I guess by not refunding peoples money.

I came in Thursday night to get quotes on a few vehicles, as I was left without a vehicle due to numerous mechanical issues. Jose Diaz had been recommended to me and I decided to take that advice. I recently leased a Kia Sorento at Fette Kia. This was my fourth experience dealing with the Fette dealership, I had been to Fette Ford twice and I had previously leased a Kia Sportage with Fette Kia. I will be honest, my previous experiences had not been good at this dealership. Fette Ford completely ignored me once when I walked into their store and the second time, during a test drive of a Ford Escape, they told me that the Escape was a popular "housewife car." My first experience at Fette Kia was also a mixed bag, though we did end up leasing a Sportage with them three years ago. Since the lease on my Sportage was ending, Tony Catalono from Fette Kia reached out to us about leasing a new Kia. I was very straight forward with Tony about what I wanted to pay and that I wasnt interested in coming into the dealership and spending an hour negotiating over price. We reached an agreement ahead of time over email on a price for a new Sportage but when we came to sign the paperwork we actually decided to test drive a Sorento. We liked the Sorento, so I again told Tony what I wanted to pay if we went with a Sorento instead and he made the deal happen quickly and easily with no haggling. Tony was friendly, easy going and didnt put any pressure on us to make a decision. He also got me to the price we wanted right away without any games, I think we got a really good deal. If you are looking to buy or lease a Kia, go see Tony Catalano, hes a great guy and easy to work with, I highly recommend him!
