I have for the past 10 years relied on the extraodinary expertise of Harold, Jane and Doug in the Service Dept. It was great seeing Jose now a Service Manager and Harold overseeing the work on the cars, in their new positions. They never disappoint keeping my 2002 Focus in tiptop condition. Its nice to see these recent promotions which assures me even more that Ford recognizes talent and my car is in good hands. The only negative comment I have is the new telephone contact system. It is very difficult to speak to a service manager when you call and can be quite frustrating. I will say, when I do finally reach Jane, Doug or Jose, they are always polite and very helpful.

Service appointment for my 2016 Fusion (with 4k miles) was for me to wait until the car was ready. They had it logged as drop-off. Nevertheless they got the oil change/rotation/etc (regular service) completed in a timely manner. they werent able to deal with the leaky trunk (Go ford!) due to time constraints. Genial staff. less than mediocre waiting room.

My husband and I went in to check out the new Ford Focus and wound up buying one that day. Our Sales Person Jennifer couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. She went above and beyond with showing us all the bells and whistles of the car, took us out for test drive. She took so much time answering our questions and then showing me how all of the bells and whistles worked on my new car. She even called me a week later to see how I liked the car and answer any questions that I may have. I was blown away by the level of service that I received.

Terrible. I walked in... no one approached to say hello. So I waited and standing around. Another gentleman walked in. Again, no one approached us. We began to have a conversation and turns out that we both were in that day to purchase. I was purchasing an Explorer Platinum. He was buying a Mustang Convertible. Like, we knew the price and ready to purchase. All we needed was one person to help us and say hello. We waited 30 minutes. Finally someone came by and said hello, sorry, we will get to you in a minute. I want to reiterate that ALL the employees and sales personnel acted as if we werent even there. Ridiculous. after 45 minutes, we walked out. I understand if you are busy, but you cant just ignore customers.

We are the second owner of a 2010 Ford Edge. We have gone to tower ford for service for the past year. This incident was to replace all four tires. I choose to stay with the same brand and model tire the car had previously. With that being said, those tires were the most expensive for the make and model of our car. I told Doug I wanted to stay within a price range and he was able to price match the tires and saved about 25% for the set of four tires. I am pretty happy with the service and will return to do routine work on the car.
