Terrible experience. They make mistakes and refuse to take responsibility. Instead they want to shift their errors to the customer. One of the manager was very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to a dog.

At Bayridge NissanThe sales representative, Robert, was very helpful and offered some great advice - i was in the market for an older cheaper car, but he pointed out the benefits of owning a newer car with less mileage, wear and tear could end up saving me money and headache in the long run. i was looking for a safe family car within a certain budget and he recommended a used 2014 Nissan Rogue with under 30K miles. after driving it for a couple of days, i must say im glad Robert offered his advice, the car is clean, handles great, breaks on point, almost like a new car. Then there was the financing manager (forgot his name), even thou i have really bad credit (defaulted college loans), he took the time to find me a good deal from a well known bank (great terms for a guy like me)- The process took whole day - Rob and couple of other employees stayed overtime helping me set up my insurance and making sure i drove home that day. Id would recommend this dealership to anybody buying their first family car. from the time i got there i felt welcomed. (i had visited a few other dealers with my wife and daughter, i bring my 2 year old everywhere to test the quality of the customer service and always felt rushed and uncomfortable, plus i got the feeling the reps were just looking for a sale, instead of taking care of my transportation needs.) Overall a great experience and im a very grateful to the team at Bay Ridge Nissan for helping achieve something i needed to do for my family.

I went to Nissian to trade my 2012 Sentra for something I want to keep. I was paired with a sale rep named Sasha. Sasha was great in helping pick something I really wanted, make, model, year, color, etc. Sasha also worked hard with his co-workers to get me the best percentage rate (exceptional). Beware!! I bought a Infiniti G37X in February 2017 from BayRidge Nissan.. the whole process went good until a month later as Im going over the bill of sale ensuring that the numbers add up..I realized I was charged for Stay-Nu service that I never asked for and was promised for free for 2 years by sales manager DWAYNE.. I called Stay- Nu to cancel the service and get my refund back because I never asked for that service.. Stay-Nu said I have to go back to the dealership in order to cancel the service and get my refund.. I went to the dealer and spoke to DWAYNE about my issue .. he claimed that "it was an error " on his part.. however it would never have been error if I didnt catch it a month later .. After calling Nissan Corporate and telling them about the issue .. I went back to speak to DWAYNE about not wanting the service and refunding me the fee for the service I never wanted and charged for.. I got to the dealer and asked to speak to him.. the secretary paged him.. I waited for about 20 minutes .. I didnt get to see Dwayne another manager came to speak to me and ensured me that I will get a refund back...The moral of this review is that DWAYNE the sales manager was dishonest and charged me for a Stay-Nu service which he said would be complimentary for 2 years but charged me for it... Im writing this review to let other consumers know beware when buying a car from BayRidge Nissan specially if you dealing with Dwayne make sure your numbers add up and asked what are the fees for and make sure the numbers add up ..make sure the sales manager is crystal clear with the fees you are charged for..

My partner and I where in Nissan Bayridge to buy a certified pre-owned vehicle. The salesman Karim Aga was more interested in us giving him an excellent review on this website instead of looking after our needs and answering our questions. In fact, he was so insistent about this good review that he pressured and guilted us into do it before we even finished purchasing the car. Therefore, as a result, we wound up purchasing a "certified pre-owned car" that has no working heat or air-conditioning that had to go into servicing less then one day after purchase. We feel the car was too much money due to all the add on extras that we where manipulated into to purchasing as well. He knew we where on a fixed budget. There is more to this but we will see what happens.

I was shopping for a specific used automobile for my wife. We had rented one in the past while on vacation and together decided this would be our next family vehicle. I have contacts and relationships with many car guys. I was unable to locate the perfect match with price, mileage, and options in my search. To my surprise, Wifey showed me something local here in Brooklyn. She did a simple Internet search and found our eventually chosen vehicle with cars.com at Bay Ridge Nissan. Many thanks to Sammy, our salesperson for his patience and relaxed approach. We were not rushed or judged for our multiple repetitive questions. We test drove the car the same day and Sammy was very knowledgeable in auto functions and buyer insecurity. He tried making my skittish wife as comfortable as possible in this vehicle she was not accustomed to. She doesnt like driving strangers cars. We left the dealership without further action,due to a prior engagement and were treated like everyday loyal clients. After critical research online about good dealerships near me, I decided on this location, went to the sales information desk and I was immediately refered to a sales guy named Eric/Erik - well mannered and calm dude, he walked me through a lot of cars till we settled on a certified pre-owned 2013 Nissan Pathfinder with 13000 miles, and I was later refered to the finance guy name Dwayne- he is exceptional at what he does too and a real proffessional, we were able to get financing and good "apr" due to his diligence and the Service department ask for Ms Donna, good at what she does - proffessional and courteous, really helpful, overall great experience at this dealership

Buying a car can be a scary experience, an investment that could either make you or break you financially. My fears/anxiety were instantly put to rest the moment I began communicating with Liz Rivera via telephone. Scheduled me and assured Id be taken care of both with choosing the right vehicle Id love and could afford. I arrived and Sasha, practically held my hand through the whole process, "these are the choices that fits your budget ." Ray, Financing was not only knowledgeable, again, "Dont worry, we take care of you." Insurance quote, Lisa from Allstate, WOWWWWW! This part of the auto buying experience was the part that worried me the most. Not! This woman was not only genuinely a beautiful person inside and out, SHE KNEW HER STUFF! I not only left with a quote that was like 60 % less of what I expected, i felt she was family! David one of my final reps, made my exit experience comfortable. I financed a 2015 Nissan Rogue, and I am very happy with the vehicle but way more satisfied with whole friendly, fast purchase process (only took 2 days) there were absolutely no pressure nor hassle. The salesman (Kevin Cintron) was very friendly and knowledgeable he thoroughly walk me through the different features/ options of the Rogue, once the deal was concluded he personally assist me with the connectivity of my phone to the car via Bluetooth and other functions of the vehicle. I found a vehicle on cars .com that I was interested in. I emailed to schedule an appointment to see it. They called me this morning to confirm that I was going in. They checked to make sure the car was still available and asked what time I would be in. I told them I was already on my way and that I would be there in about an hour. When I got there they couldnt find the car. Then he tells me that it was no longer available. Someone had come in as soon as they opened and put down a deposit. He asked if there was anything else I was interested in and I told him I highly doubted they had something in my price range w/my specs. We looked anyway then miraculously the car I originally went for was available again. I test drove it. They appraised my car. To make a long story short they tried to charge me 3000 dollars more than the listed price with my trade in. They told me my car wasnt worth anything even though I know my trade-in value is at least 1000 dollars. They said that the price they had on record was 1000 dollars more than what it was advertised for. They refused to honor their advertised price let alone negotiate being that I was paying cash. I believe they were trying to force me into financing even after I adamantly stated I was not interested in financing. It was a total waste of time. Theyre extremely unprofessional and horrible sales people.

Very unprofessional. I called about a car the and made an appointment to see the car the following day. Next day arrives and I head down there and made it on time for my appointment. They claim not to have the car but according to a Patrick the day before he was going to have it ready so I could test drive it. I walk out and they come after me asking for some time to search for the car. A young man by the name of Kevin was supposed to look for the car I came to see but instead of looking for it he shows me other Nissan Altimas that are more expensive. So I walk out again. About 4 minutes after walk out he calls me several times. When I decide to pick up he now magically finds it and ask me to come back. Which of course I did no such thing. If some one is coming from far to see a car its because that person is serious about purchasing a car and has no time for games. Next time be more professional and deal with a person man to man.

I leased a 2015 Altima about 2 weeks ago. I love the car and feel I got a good deal but I also had a very good experience at the dealership. I found the service to be professional and the process to move along quickly and at times where I felt a little impatient I understood what stage I was at and what was next ... thats all one could ask for as the process has certain steps. My salesperson was Wendy who was knowledgeable and efficient. I do take good care of my belongings so the only thing I am concerned about is the service department. The reviews of the service department here are great but elsewhere are not consistently good ... though let me be clear that I have not yet brought the car in for service. I was given a tour of the service area and it was amazingly clean, organized and looked more like a laboratory than a mechanics shop. They also had a nice waiting area for customers to relax in while their cars are being serviced... so I am encouraged by what I saw in person including the service area staff. Im just hoping that the service department matches the level of service I experienced in the showroom.

Thoroughly researched a Taurus and Chrysler 300 and decided on the 300. Then researched any and all listings for the 300 within a 500 mile radius of my zip. I contacted Bay Ridge Nissan and was quoted a fair price via email. Not wanting to tip my hand at my intention to purchase the vehicle, I drove 6hrs/380 miles to Brooklyn from Western PA to purchase the car. When I arrived the listed vehicle price was approx $2000 greater than the quoted price in the email. When I produced a printed copy of the email, they honored their quoted price. FANTASTIC!! No haggling what-so-ever. Done deal. Of course there was the attempt, as customary, to offer warranties during the closing process but never undue pressure. I was able to get a fantastic deal on a great car. What else can a buyer ask for?

for the past 8 years of dealing with bay ridge Nissan and the quality of service Ive received its safe to say there is no other dealer thats better. i truly have had no problems with any of the 3 vehicles i have purchased, the repair center has always been bar none and i highly recommend getting any repair on your Nissan done at this facility. after a faulty transmission on my newly purchased altima they repaired it within a matter of days and kept me posted on the progress all the time. they paid for my car service back and to my house as well!

I wanted to take this time to thank the entire service team at Bay Ridge Nissan. As a former used car salesman I know how important it is to have a vehicle serviced correctly. I brought my 2013 Nissan Murano in for a complete inspection. Even as an experienced car guy I never would have noticed the damaged lower control arm on my SUV. The team at Bay Ridge Nissan had me in and out of their shop within 2 1/2 hours. Brakes, oil, plugs/wires and a new and safe lower control arm. There were to many people to personally thank. I went to Bayridge NIssan to weigh my options on purchasing a car. The process was fine, not a very long wait but thats not the issue. I decided, the same day, to go elsewhere to buy a car. Bayridge Nissan seems to be having trouble refunding my deposit back to my bank account. Its been more than a month now and I have called them more than 6 times on the matter. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. I dont think they should have even asked for a deposit until a car sale was actually finalized. Now I am out of cash waiting for these bozos to do their jobs. Give me my deposit money, Bayridge Nissan. You know you are wrong for even leaving me no choice but to vent about MY money back.

Bought my first new van (2014). Great experience. A happy shock was when the van I was interested in for a great price was actually still available. Our salesman Steve was patient and accomadating to my husband and I as we made several visits over a 1 day period between and during our work shifts. Getting financing was a another happy shocker. No hidden fees and everything was clearly explained. 24 hours after entering the show room I drove away in my new Town and Country.
