As always, JJ Suk provides us with outstanding service. We wanted to downsize from 2 cars to one and discussed this with JJ. We found an F150 on the website and immediately called JJ. He walked us through the process of the vehicle trades and when all logistics were in place, he took us for a test drive. JJ was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and answered all of our questions. Of course we were hooked on the truck and took it home that day! JJ has been there for us at Keller Brothers for quite a few of our vehicle purchases and we hope he will be in the distant future when we are ready to upgrade our F150. Dealing with Keller Brothers is absolutely wonderful. We have been a Ford Family since 1977 and do not plan to change at that decision is partly due to Keller Brothers and their level of service. It is very obvious as soon as you walk into their establishments that they are kind, respectful and above all else, are walking with God. It is comforting to know we are dealing with that are committed to a higher cause. Praise God for your service to us.

I could not be more happy with my truck and the service I received from Keller Bros in Lebanon PA. I returned to this dealership really for one reason, I had purchased my previous F-150 there and bought it from JJ Suk and wanted to buy this one from him as well. Car shopping will never be on my list of favorite things to do, however shopping at Keller Bros certainly makes the experience more enjoyable and honestly easy too! We were in the market to replace our Explorer, which I absolutely loved. Wanting to down size a bit, but still wanting the SUV features, we decided an ESCAPE might be a perfect fit. JJ was our salesperson, and we couldnt have been more pleased. He was understanding and helpful in all elements of the purchase process. When we arrived we were greeted by Danielle who helped us start our search for a new explorer. My test drive with Matt was nice and informative. After some searching and negotiating we decided a "new" explorer wasnt in the cards for us. JJ was extremely helpful in finding a used Explorer that not just met, but far exceeded our expectations. JJ and Keller Brothers were excellent as always! Our family started purchasing vehicles from them about 10 years ago with my husbands truck. Then we purchased our Edge from JJ 5 years ago.....and most recently purchased our expedition. The experience with Keller brothers is amazing, everyone is very friendly, nice and goes out of their way to accommodate you. JJ and the keller brothers team found our expedition for us. It wasnt one that was currently on their lot. We told them what we wanted and they searched to find us the perfect vehicle! Literally on our way to check out the vehicle and decide weather or not to purchase my husband and I were chatting saying it would be awesome if it was white because I would like a white vehicle and my husband added that it would be great if it had the wood grain trim......well it had both of those things! We pulled up and it was WHITE with WOOD GRAIN TRIM, it was like they read our minds (these were not specifications that we shared with them) Another great experience!!! I was in the market for a new Ford. My first and only stop was Keller Brothers Ford in Lebanon. I have bought three vehicles from them in the past and also referred my family to them. My sales representative was JJ Suk , he has been my go to guy for all of my purchases. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants instead of just selling me something he did his do diligence and found the exact vehicle that I wanted from another dealer. A deal was made in a timely manner that was not a high pressure sale. When it came to financing Chad did a awesome job and found me the best finance plan available to fit my budget even with less than perfect credit. Chad was even gracious enough to make sure that I had a extended service plan that met my needs at a price that I could afford. When I went to the store to pick up my vehicle, my wife teasingly asked JJ if the purchase included a complimentary car wash on our other vehicle, and few minutes later JJ asked for my wifes keys and in a short time later her vehicle came back clean as a whistle, they even dressed the tires. JJ helped me with setting up my sync system, navigation, and keyless entry. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I left about my new car. Even after the sale JJ called and even emailed me to make sure that I was happy and didnt have any questions. Any one in the market for a vehicle make sure you put Keller Brothers on your list of places to check out. And to Keller Brothers I can tell them not to change a thing. You cant improve on perfection.

I have to say, maybe the best car buying experience I have had (previously have purchased many vehicles). From JJ, to CJ the internet sales gentleman, to used car manager Jake & finance guy Chad; I felt comfortable and feel they pursued business in an honest and fair fashion including the trade which has also been an area of frustration in previous dealings with other dealers. Prices are so high, they claim that they have good deals but in reality they are pretty terrible. The general manager was really stuck up and rude. I do not recommend nobody buy from this dealership. They stereotype on people, if you dont look like you got cash they wont even look at you. Terrible experience I would never go back there to their bad deals.
