I purchased my Buick Encore at a dealership in central NJ and recently moved to Forked River so I needed to locate a local dealership and found Lester Glenn in Toms River. I brought my car there for a routine oil change after scheduling it over the phone. The staff, from the initial phone call to my exit out the door couldnt have been more courteous and helpful. If I remember correctly, I think I waited less than 1/2 hour. I plan on having my future car service there and would highly recommend them!

Besides not getting our "money back" check within 7-10 days it wouldve been a 10 rated experience. 14 days post purchase we were told 1 more week and then, the next day, 4-6 weeks. The original deal was retracted. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend friends for money back deals or commercial add related inquiries in the future. The overall experience upon purchasing the vehicle was very professional and made as enjoyable as possible. Eylse was a pleasure to do business with.
