"Do Not Go There!"
I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. I saw a couple of trucks online (there were only stock photos) that I was interested in, communicated for a couple of days via email and over the phone with the online salesman and arranged to come down on a Sunday (even spoke to him right before driving an hour and a half to get there). When we arrived we were told that one of the two trucks was "lost" and the other was posted incorrectly and would cost a lot more than posted price. When we questions how they "lost a truck", the person I communicated with for days came out and said that the first truck wasnt lost but it needed A LOT more work than anticipated and would also cost more (he had told me the day before that it had been owned by an old man who babied it and kept it garaged). My friend and I left and a couple of days later (after some complaining to higher-ups about the blatant lying we experienced) I got a call saying they were trying to "make things right" and would hold one of the trucks for me and honor the online price I originally saw. I said after the experience I had to think about it and texted the guy the next day to say I could be down on Sunday (it was Wednesday when he called). He responded that in fact they couldnt hold the truck for me and the price would only be good for 72 hours. When I asked 72 hours from when he said he would get back to me. Well, today (Friday) he called to tell me the 72 hours they would honor the price for was from when I originally saw it online LAST WEEK. Seriously? Let me jump in my time machine and go back to when you would honor the prices you post on the website. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

They were totally swamped when I called in; something was leaking & they got me in & diagnosed my jeep within an hour. Got it back the next day. They do however need a larger space for the service writers and for people when they bring their cars in. Way too small!

I arrived in Santa Rosa from out of state and had two very important appointments the next morning in two different areas and had to leave and return to the Midwest immediately afterward. My transmission had been malfunctioning the night before my appointments and I was in a strange place and would possibly have no transportation on the following day. I took a chance and went to Lithia Dodge the morning of my appointments. I arrived at 7:00 AM. At 8:00 AM, I was met by Nathan, a very patient service writer, who never made me feel rushed or “just another customer.†I explained my predicament and he said he would try and get the vehicle testing done as soon as possible. At that moment, the mechanic came in and I was able to discuss the symptoms and problem with him. Just in case I would have to leave the vehicle should the problem turn out to be major, I contacted my insurance company and they instructed me to call Hertz. I did so and the cheapest car they had for the day were SUVs that rented for 150.00 a day! This price, to me, was outrageous. I mentioned this to Nathan and he directed me to the auto rental agency they use. I subsequently rode with the shuttle driver, Kyler, a pleasant young man. After he transported the passengers who had work being done on their autos, he took me to the rental agency and waited while I discussed the situation with the personnel should the need arise to rent an auto from them. (As an aside, their rates were one-third the rates charged by Hertz.) Kyler then took me back to Lithia Dodge where the mechanic concluded the the vehicle was safe and serviceable to drive back to the Midwest. As a result, I had my vehicle to use, I met my two appointments, and I was able to leave on schedule. I was able to avoid a number of inconveniences and problems that would have been a small nightmare for me. The staff at Lithia Dodge deserve praise for their actions in the way they treated me as a customer. This auto agency is certainly doing something right.

My 2015 Grand Cherokee is the second Dodge product Ive bought from Lithia since early last year. I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 last year and its been the best new vehicle Ive bought in many years. The sale staff and sales strategy at Lithia is why I returned. No foolish dickering on price while you sit and the salesman and sales manager have coffee in a back office trying to sweat you into paying too much. Bottom line prices are posted right on the windows and you buy or dont buy based on that. If you ask, they will show you the invoice and if you push a bit you can get a better dealer discount like I did on my Cherokee. As far as the sales staff, I want to again thank Graham Shillaker. He is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered, If you want to know how something works and want to be shown how all the new technology works hes your man. I havent found a question that he doesnt have an immediate answer for. That is so refreshing these days since other salesmen, at other dealerships generally are so inept they give you the "deer in the headlights" look if you ask and technical or even mechanical questions at all. I would also like to thank Adam Jones for taking over for Graham to get our paperwork started when Graham had to finish up with other customers he was helping when we returned to make our purchase. Both of these guys stayed well past quitting time to get our paperwork done and out purchase made. On the day we purchased the Cherokee, we looked at Acura, Nissan, Ford, Honda and Chevy and none of their products could come close to the quality, workmanship, comfort, performance and features included in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. One other major factor in our purchase of another Dodge product is the complete satisfaction we have experienced with the Dodge Ram 1500 we bought early last year. I currently have 13,000 miles on it and it has been the best new truck, so far, I have ever purchased. Like the Cherokee, it far surpasses the competitors by a long shot in overall quality and workmanship. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, give Dodge a try. Then go to Lithia to make your purchase. Youll be glad you did.

They list the price youll pay with all applicable discounts and the price is better than youll get anywhere else....period. $11K under sticker makes buying hard to resist so I didnt. The Service Dept has been great, especially Deric OShaugnessy who helped me get a last minute appointment and got me in and out quick. Id rate 10 stars if I could.

I was looking for a grand marquis and I found it here. I had a lot of questions and because I was coming out of town I wanted as much information as possible before making the hour and a half drive. DANIEL MENDOZA made sure that my needs were met the car had some minor problems that there dealership couldnt fix so on his own time he took it to a local ford dealer to have repairs made. After I made the purchase and signed the papers it was then I called and let my 3rd wife know that I bought my truck. I purchased a mini van that had problems after problems, it was in the shop multiple times within the first 60 days. The Service department itself was great and the people were great but they never did fix it completely. The last straw for me was the check engine light came on, the sales manager was very helpful and he did what he could do and I did get into a new van at a good price. But I still spent more then I wanted and lost money in the end.
