Vehicle was detailed and ready to go the next day when promised. Finance office easy to deal with. Electronic paperwork was easy to use.

Staff is always courteous and friendly. Facilities are excellent. Service took a long time for this scheduled visit. While most other dealers provide free car wash with service, Evans Toyota does not.

Friendly and informative service staff. The video showing the results of the inspection is a great idea. Generally high quality of workmanship...but battery cable was not properly tightened, resulting in a dead car in the service lot. Work ran over an hour beyond estimated completion time.
