I went to Capitol Subaru purely because Alex Vo was wonderful on the phone and convinced me to come in. I was on my way to buy another Subaru at another dealership a few hours away. I am so glad I went with Capitol Subaru! Alex patiently showed me other cars I was curious about and answered questions honestly and efficiently. After committing to buying the Outback Id come in for, he made sure I was comfortable with water, coffee, and popcorn as we went through the purchasing process. Before I drove off, he set up my bluetooth and answered all my questions. Seriously, Alex is the kind of guy youd want to hire if you own a business. Capitol Subaru is lucky to have him. Maria and Ric were also great and very helpful with finalizing the financing. Overall, buying from Capitol Subaru was a very pleasant experience and I drove away with the car I wanted!

After visiting Jeep/Chrysler, Ford, Chevy and GMC, Subaru was our last stop. Sales guy Remi said i get no commission, in here to help find the best car you can afford. Ive never experienced such a perfect experience start to finish. Our credit is bad and our rate was 6.2%. 3 days after buying and driving the outback home the finance person called me and said he got us down to 4.1%. I thought what person or dealer does this after the customer already is locked in? This is just one of the many amazing experiences we were fortunate to have. Honestly i am a skeptical and a dealer is the last person/organization I trust. The other dealers, everyone of them fulfilled those views, but somehow Subaru has a unique business ethic that makes even a disbeliever like myself consider and learn to appreciate their efforts and business structure. Where i thought i wont get ripped off with fake sales and inflated pricing we sit down and look at the blue book for pricing. How can you argue that? Never seen that method by any dealer and i purchased a new vehicle because i couldnt claim to be mislead. Its the kelly blue book! From our sales person Remi to the manager Buddy to our finance guy Lorenszo to the woman in the front office who first greeted us whe we walked in, i have never encountered such a friendly and sincere group of people. Those individuals are what made the experience and therefore the organization as we dealt with. We fet no pressure ever and for me that was a first. Especially after walking into 5 dealers right before that. My guards were up and this group took off my armor and made me feel like i was at home. I ended up buying a car at the top of my budget, which for a guy not all that normal. Why? Because i realized so wasnt being taken advantage of and ended up wanting the best form my family. Safest car on the road. Add on packages that cover my car bumper to bumper at such a n affordable cost there is no way i wouldnt buy it to have 4 years of trouble free enjoyment. If you think im bluffing read what they offer. Its unreal. To Have a car that also holds its value better than any other is also what played into my decision. Go to Tahoe and the Subaru is everywhere. No question its for a reason. Snow, ice, hills, rivers... The dealer isnt paying me to make this review. I was just so blown away with my experience i felt it my responsibility to help others realize that such a business is out there for such a difficult and significant lifetime purchase. I am an avg low-med income earning person who rents a room in my house to afford my mortgage. If I could do this I am sure others out there can to. If your going to make this big commitment, research, visit dealers, but make sure you make this your last stop and you will understand what i experienced. We left the dealer at 1am even though we finished our transactions at 12 because we sat around talking and enjoying each others company. Again this was unreal in itself. Real people that care. I went back the next day to pick up our car and the manager came out to greet me and spent some time talking. Not worried about making money or wasting time with a customer that was already processed through the system, he just wanted to say hello and make sure we were happy. You cant buy customer service like that. I could go on with many other examples, but ive used up my character limit or i would continue. Give this dealer a shot and you will be amazed. Steve and Ana

This is my second car that I bought for subaru i love the customer service here in capitol subaru i give this 2 big thumbs up, A+ internet Manager Alvin "panda" Lee did his job find me the car i love and color. They gave me a good deal in financial terms. And monthly payments. They check there inventory and gave me the actual mileage of the car. They sold the one i was asking but they find me the exact car. Same day !! Check them out DGDG. Or google them san jose capitol subaru. I would recommend them no hidden fees give me a good deal on my car!! I hope that all the dealers around them do same thing. Service department also fast they see people waiting they call extra employees to help. I drive there all the way from San Leandro. i live 1 hour and 45. And im glad that I bought my car here. If im in the area I would take my car for service here. They really take care there customer here. Thank you again

Went in to look at a used car for my wife. Although we did not buy from them as my wfie did not like the car, the rep Kari DAmico was great. Also communicated with Michael Holm via e-mail and he was also very helpful. They were not pushy and showed me alternatives and didnt act upset or mad when we decided not to purchase. As part of a big network, they appear to have a large inventory of used cars and their pricing seems more fair than most. Wouldnt hesitate to use or refer Kari to my friends.

Kevin, was very professional to deal with! I really enjoyed the experience from Sierra Motors especially after dealing w/ Livermore Ford. I was all set to buy a used Jeep Wrangler. Had an appointment for a saturday but unfortunately they sold the vehicle the night before. Kevin did call to give me the bad news as I was coming from the bay area. So it wasnt meant to be. We had been shopping for a Subaru Impreza for several weeks at various dealerships in the East Bay area of San Francisco Bay. We were looking for a fairly specific model manual transmission hatchback 2.0i Premium (very hard to find!)nd the dealers in the East Bay would not make me an offer below MSRP. Then while shopping online I found this (rare) blue one at Capital Subaru in San Jose and called to see if they would make it worth my while to drive all the way to San Jose. And they did (make me a great offer) so we drove down and closed the deal that afternoon. Michael Holm and the crew at Capital were great and we love our new Impreza.
