"Minor Repair Work On My 2004 F-150"
The fuel filler door had become non operable, meaning it wouldnt positively closed when pushed shut. Grant, an excellent "Write-Up" tech, looked at my truck, looked up and ordered the part, scheduled me for a service appointment for first thing Thursday Morning. His tech did an excellent repair, also fixed the adjustable steering column which the adjustment lever had come loose at the same time. I was in and out in just about an hour. It was expensive, $212.,,but the truck functions like new again

The wife had a blow-out on her new ford fusion. The tire manufactures local retailer gave us a quote $50.00 higher to replace the tire than our Ford dealer. And to our surprise, we were in and out in about an hour. Thanks Perry Ford.

I was a bit stressed about the fact that they wanted me to move my car the next day as soon as possible due to the lack of space they had. I have a full time job and 1:00pm was just bad timing. I was able to get my car. I just dont like how they made it seem urgent to get my car. Also I wanted another thing checked on my car that was forgotten. Overall it was a okay experience.

The service person I dealt with was Tim and he was very quick to help me out and more importantly, extremely polite. If I were to have a bone to pick, however, it would be that I had to be without my car for a day. It isnt that much of an inconvenience, but it did come a little unexpected. My issue is that there was a bit of a communication gap and had I known I was going to be without my car, I wouldve made arrangements (in his defense, it was a bit of an unusual situation that wasnt very easy to predict/diagnose) Early the following day, Tim called to let me know that they figured out the problem and that it fell under warranty so besides being ready to pick up, it wasnt going to cost me a thing!!! The car is running smooth now and Im glad I took it in. I do plan to keep going back for service whenever I can, I plan to purchase another car before the end of the year, and I will continue to convince people to purchase their vehicles locally at Perry. To summarize: Tim did a great job but had he taken 5 seconds to let me know that I wouldnt have the car overnight I couldve given you all a perfect score. Thanks

The service on the car was very good as far as I can figure. It was on time and the staff was really courteous. So you get an "A" on that. You do not get an "A+" because your repair staff wrongly diagnosed an un-related tire problem on the car and I wasted some time on it (fortunately, it did not cost me money). By the way a similar tire diagnosis incident occurred last time I brought the car in for servicing. -- Just an alert for your service managers/representatives!
