Mark was able to not only get me an appt, but called me twice to let me know approximately when my car would be ready, and when to pick it up. Prices are fair and service process is quick and easy. Vehicle was done when stated to be. Will be returning to location for future service.

I had an appointment at 7:00am, car was checked in and taken for the maintenance .. The service writer came to the visitors lounge about 2 hours later with the service findings check off list. He went over each item with me and turned me over to the clerical desk to finish things up. Everything went very well.

Going to this dealer is like getting a root canal. You have to get it done for the betterment of your cars health, but it is extricating to be there. They never answer the phone, they take FOREVER to check you in, the shuttle is always "out" and they even charge you just to look at an issue. Worst buying and servicing experience I have ever had.

I had a very bad experience with the service manager Max, he was rude and talked down to me as if I didnt know anything about my car, I have been a Ford customer for over 20 yrs and I will not be buying my next car from Ford. I was charged $100.00 for the service when I have an extended warrantee on the transmission since there have been in for several repairs since I bought the car. When Max had called me to tell me everything was covered and then when it came time to pick up the car they said it will be $100 dollars, at the time I didnt have enough to pay them which I was surprised that I had to they wouldnt let me have my car to get my paycheck from my work that was just down the street. I was very upset and asked for the manager and he said they werent here, everyone knows me there and I wouldnt run out on them for $100.00 dollars, then a customer that was there understood my problem and he loaned me the money and the service guy Max said to him you gotta be kidding you are giving her the money! The gentleman said your not willing to help her so I am, I thanked him and I got my car and returned with the 100.00 for the very nice man that loaned it to me. I have never been treated this way from anyone else there, all the other service people are very considerate and are always pleasing.

Tire was repaired in good time. Driver of your van (I think it was Chris.) was very kind to offer me a ride. I decided to stay because I did no think repairs would take long. I was right!

I dropped the truck off the day before my 7:00 am appointment. The truck was in because a check engine light came on. I heard from the Service writer at 10:00 the next morning; I was next in line and should hear from him by noon. 1:30 called and left a message, service writer was out to lunch, I left a message. 2:30 he called, still next in line, MAYBE by the end of the day. I needed the truck so I told him I would pick it up and reschedule. He called back in 5 minutes and said he would try get the code read and call by 4:00. 4:45 called no answer in service so I drove to the dealer the code was read and only need to be reset. I asked to speak to the service manager. I explained my concern and was told in so many words, that THIS IS HOW WE DO THINGS GET USED TO IT. I paid the $110 bill to have the code read. The check engine light came on the next day. Made another appointment. When I dropped it off I told the service writer not to call and tell me to say I was next inline. It took them the whole day to diagnose the problem but this time they found the problem. The work was under warranty so they returned my $110.
