I just purchased my second car from the dealership in less than 1 year. The staff is professional, pleasant and cannot do enough for you. They gave me a great deal on the vehicle and even helped with a swap-up to a different car with more features after the original deal was completed. I travel from Century City to this dealership because they are fair, easy to work with, and keep their word. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was recently over at Audi of Oxnard shopping for a new car, as I was browsing the selection 2 employees would not leave me alone after I made it clear multiple times that I was just looking, after I told them that they had been pestering me, one employee then replied "well you dont have to be rude about it", as I was talking in a calm voice. I would defitnley not recommend this place, if you dont wanted to be treated with disrespect.

"Dch Audi Oxnard...a Real Bummer!"
I was originally interested in a 2008 Range Rover. I went through the application process over the phone...as they are more than 100 miles away. I originally spoke to Alfredo, who was somewhat helpful...but then passed me off to another salesman, Andy. After three days of this and that...I called to check on my application. It turns out the car had been sold and they just kept stringing me along! NOT HAPPY! Found a better deal with a much better team! So I guess I should be elated...but not with DCH

"Absolutely The Worst Sales And Management Ever"
Used manager and his staff including finance manager the worst I have ever had to deal with in the 20 +years my family and I have been buying audis.. We have owned about every model .. I came a long ways to buy the car and nothing was ready and at the end I was left stranded as my ride there was long gone.. The sales manager told me to come get the car and so I did ..when I got there he wasnt even there and nobody new anything ... So I ended up walking to a near mall and waited for 6hours for my ride to come get me .. They could care less and when I called to speak to the manager of the whole dealer he never returned a call or anything .. I also contacted Audi noth america and filed a complaint.. I highly recommend any of the sevaral Audi dealers in a 100 mile radius but scratch this one they should not even have the privilege to represent the best quality name in the world at all...

Took my A3 TDI in for the mandatory Engine Control Module reprogramming. I was early, but they were ready to go. Service writer Bill was very nice, businesslike and to the point. Work was done spot on time and they even washed and vacuumed the car.

This was my first experience at DCH Audi in Oxnard. My service adviser, Bill, was expecting me when I arrived. He explained the service process thoroughly to me, took all of the necessary information and said he would call me when the car was ready, which he did. When I picked my car up, the customer service girl at the desk helped me until Bill was finished with a customer. He then came over to me, explained what had been done on my car and answered a few questions I had about my Navigation System. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Bill and Audi of Oxnard to my friends and family.

ONLY ONE PROBLEM. I TRADED IN A CAR WITH WHICH I HAD A 2.99% LOAN AND STATED I WOULD LIKE THE SAME RATE ON NEW CAR. I ENDED UP WITH A 4.35 OR SO. DURING SOME PHONE NEGOTIATING I WAS ASKED WHAT PAYMENT I COULD AFFORD. I GOT THAT, BUT DISCOVERED AFTER THE FINAL SALE THAT I GOT THE HIGHER RATE. We traveled from Palm Springs to Santa Barbara looking for a Q5 TDI back in December 2013. When we arrived at the DCH Audi in Oxnard we found the Q5 closest to our needs and with the best price of the search. We wanted a few more options then the Q5 on the lot so we ordered one from the factory. DCH Audi of Oxnard made the entire experience comfortable. We got the Internet pricing for the factory ordered car and had a wonderful delivery service. We rode the train up the coast from Anaheim to Oxnard and our sale representative picked us up at the train station. The paperwork was typical but went very smoothly and we had several hours of introduction to the various electronic component with an Audi Specialist at the dealer. The dealer treats you the way you would want a family member to be treated. I would rate them at the top of customer service, equal to any dealership I have been associated with in the past 30 year.

What a great experience!! My sales consultant Kevin Brown was great. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the product and did a great job of helping me find the right model with the features I was looking for. From the minute I walked on to the lot everyone there rolled out the red carpet and provided truly exceptional service. I was offered a great deal with non of the back and forth I was expecting. The sales manager Steve came out and went above and beyond by personally making sure I got the best financing possible and found a way to make the car I wanted fit my budget. I have had my new audi s 4 for a week now and it is by far the best car I have ever purchased. Every one at DCH Audi has continued there excellent service after my purchase as they help me customize my new car. I did not purchase my car at DCH Audi Oxnard, but knowing there was a dealership close to me helped us make the decision to purchase our barely-used A8 from another dealer. We had a slight problem almost immediately due to something the original dealer had done in the cleaning process. Audi Oxnard took care of it and even dealt with the other dealer to work out how to pay for it. Every time I go in, they remember me and make a point of calling you by your name. They have always had a loaner available whenever I needed one. This all applies to the service department as I have no experience (yet) with the sales department.

I have owned several luxury cars (Mercedes, Lexus, Audi). To be honest, I dread each service. Sitting at work waiting for my phone to ring too find out how much money I will need to spend before I get my car back. All too often, my $250 service has turned into a $1000 ransom to get my car back. Not this time. I actually trust Audi of Oxnard. I used to go to Westlake, but this is the place to go! My wife and I brought in our Q5 for its 15,000 mi. service last weekend. We were treated almost like royalty. When you feel welcome you dont mind driving 2-1/2 hours to take care of your car. I was a bit worried about learning the basics and beyond on the well-equipped A-7 but they devoted enough time to be sure that I was able to operate the many and varied electronic systems on this astounding car. I thought that they did all the right things, even helping me get a large discount with an Audi Loyalty Coupon. I wanted a Red one so it had to be special ordered and that did take some time but Germany builds and ships them in their own time. Worth the wait though! Dealer was friendly, helpful and straight-forward.
