Service Consultant Juior Santoy is the very best. My first time in service he put up with my big mouth schooled me in the art of patients. Great task for one that young! Just one more reason i drive over 20 minutes on the freeway to come to Alexander even though i live 1 minute from Silver Star. He continues to be a totally nice guy to me and goes further to help than i feel i deserve. Sebastian was my salesman and he was great to, got me the car i wanted and fast! Another nice young man. Take it from me, Alexander in Oxnard is the place to buy and service your car always. :)

I just wanted to give a shout out about a Dealership that that went to great lengths to make a customer happy. I wanted to mention right from the beginning the Sales Mgr. Paul Hendry and the Gen. Sales Mgr. Ron Pimentel did exactly what they said they were going to do. What they promised they delivered, Quite refreshing in our day and time. Wyatt McCain was instrumental in helping buy and work out a couple of purchases in the past, and this time my Salesman was Nick Elizarraraz who kept things moving and made the sales transaction very smooth. Not to forget the Director of Finance, Ron Resurreccion, who completed the buy and kept all smooth and calm. Went in for an appointment to order my new Escalade....and low and behold they had just received the exact model, color and features the day before. David Howe provided outstanding service from the second I stepped into the showroom. Unlike other Cadillac dealerships, David listened to my car specifications, did not try to change my mind and get another car, and he got me the car I wanted. David was efficient, polite, respectful,and courteous. He even transferred the kids car seats and my yoga mat to my new car. He answered all my questions and was so patient with me. I bought my first Cadillac from Boulevard, working with Wyatt McCain, the internet manager. I got an amazing deal on my car and had a first class experience buying the car. Wyatt is the consummate professional, diligently followed up with me and with the dealership for a variety of needs throughout the process. He was available via cell phone off hours. He was considerate with my time, didnt apply undue pressure and gave it to me straight. I validated Boulevards pricing with 5 other dealers. No one could match their price on this vehicle, not even the ones that had a "Pricing Guarantee." On financing, Boulevard beat my credit unions interest rate, which was already very competitive. They worked with me on terms and didnt pressure me into any add-ons I didnt need. Once the deal was done, they stored my old car (I didnt trade it in) overnight and even offered to wash it for me (!). Despite getting an incredible deal, I never got the sense, suggestion or feeling of resentment by Boulevard (Wyatt my salesman, the sales manager nor the finance manager). I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the dealership to a friend.

I nave been purchasing from this dealership since 1992. Everyone treated me with theup most respect. The salesman was not pushy,I am, Everything I learned about haggling I learned from my Dad, and Rick Harrison (Pawn stars) Maybe it is because I am a GM family member, But the sales staff was not pushy, they were friendly,especially Hector. Plus I already had my mind made up to trade in my Pontiac G8
"No Next Time :)"
Typical salesmen at this dealership. I told them my situation and they still wanted to help out, so I was thankful for that. They said that they can do the craziest of stuff with financing with their 40 banks, experienced finance department etc, etc. I was already approved but they wanted to get me a better rate, so I said ok cool lets do it! They were following up, calling for needed information keeping me updated on everything. Next day comes Im expecting a call from them telling me my better rate. All I get is a email saying sorry maybe next time. ???? I wanted to re-establish credit so I was looking for some help. Worst case scenario was I paid cash for a 2011 CTS because they seemed like professionals and great at what they do. When I got the e-mail, I LOLed and said really?!? All I get is an email. Never heard from them again. Sorry, but there wont be a next time :)

"Regretful Experience"
My 2007 Cadillac DTS was advertised on Cars.com as certified pre-owned. I contacted the dealership and scheduled an appointment to go in. We traveled 40 miles. The salesman, Author and the finance officer Valentine were quite eager and pleasant. We drove home with car. Two weeks later the car had brake problems. Author said the brakes went bad because we drove the car 300 miles! We had the rotors turned and brakes repaired at our expense. After several phone calls, we finally talked to a manager Pablo who agreed to refund our money. After several more phone calls and two trips out there, he finally refunded our money. During this experience, we asked for proof of the car being certified pre-owned. Valentine and Pablo informed us that the car was not certified pre-owned! This experience was to say the least horrible and misleading. I will NEVER do business with Boulevard Cadillac again. Once they have your money, the pleasant customer service goes out the window! BEWARE!!!
"The Salesmen Are Extremely Rude."
I went to Boulevard with two of my friends to look at the CTS. The salesman was smoking in front and came over and rudely followed and bickered at us saying that his manager would be watching and he needed to be present so he wouldnt get fired (We were only looking). Never going to Cadillac ever.
