They are a bottom line place. I negotiated over text, got what all car sites considers a "great" deal and took it. As far as customer service: they arent for making friends or much for conversation. Once deal was made, they were a ghost town. Literally. Its like we were strangers. They could work on that a lot. Otherwise, if youre looking for a Honda dealer that works with pricing and realizes customers know numbers, this is your place.

Great car purchasing experience. I live in Indio and decided to take the 2 hour drive to Orange County to purchase a vehicle at Santa Margarita Ford. I called Charlie Pastick to inquire about a vehicle on their website and we were able to work out a deal over the phone. After looking a cars at dealerships in my area I was unable to get the deal I was looking for. Charlie was able to give me a FANTASTIC deal on the car I had been searching for. i always dread the car buying experience but this time it was different. I came out earlier in the day and Jimmy helped me look at a few cars. Came back later after work and Ryan helped me compare the 2 vehicles that i was interested in. I got a great price on the car that I wanted. Ryan and Frank in finance were able to get me the financing that I needed. Ryan even gave me a tutorial on the navigation/radio/climate Sync panel and synced my phone for me. Im a leasing type person because I like a new car every few years and dont see the need to purchase. I like the service plans also on leased cars. It makes taking care of the car a lot easier. In fact I actually was set to re-lease a Toyota Camry and on a whim I did a test drive on a Ford Fusion just to compare cars. Well...there wasnt even a comparison. I liked the Fusion right away and decided overnight to get the Fusion Hybrid.
