Keith in service was extremely helpful in getting service scheduled and a loaner car available. A very pleasant experience.

Ive never gotten my oil change from anyone else but Long Lewis Ford. Generally Im happy with the service but this time I had some rim damage when I went and got The works on my truck. It looked like when they rotated the tires one of them fell face down on something and noticeably scratched it. The reason I saw it was because my rims were dirty from rain and there was a clean spot where someone rubbed there finger on it. I didnt notice it till I got home so theres no way to prove it and Im sure no one would admit doing it. Also, this time and last time my windshield wiper fluid wasnt filled. Im not going to stop getting my oil changed there because the works is a good deal but some advice, like renting a car, walk around it before and after. The customer service is very friendly and the facilities is clean.
