My whole experience was wonderful!! My appointment was at 9:00 I arrived about 10 min early check in at the front desk the gentlemen at the desk was very friendly. Donald came to greet me at 9:00 he was very sweet. Donald was ready with my paperwork and had the car I wanted correct color and everything I wanted. I was amazed with his knowledge of the car he went though everything with me. He set up my radio stations and Pandora up. He showed how everything worked. He even took my old license plate cover off of my old car for me. I have to tell you Ive always had Toyota mini vans and they have never been as patience and really took the time to go over everything about my Vans I always felt rushed. Ive been telling everyone I know about how much I love my car and how great Donald was with going over how everything works in my car. Alex in finance was great also he went over my paperwork carefully with me and answered my questions and was very friendly and kind.

I had a wonderful experience at Car Pros Kia from the moment I drove up to the moment I drove out (with a new car). The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The dealership has a great setup inside and its spacious. My only issue was walking in there to LOUD music, specifically Eazy-E, and N.W.A playing. Although they were radio edits, not all of the lyrics were blocked out. Such as "Reached back like a pimp, slapped the hoe" (Boyz n tha Hood). I dont mind the music, but a better choice could have been made as what to play. Anyway, the staff did a great job explaining my options when it came down to finance, rebates and leasing. Overall, I walked out of there happy and excited about my purchase.
