We had a good buying experience at Martin. Our sales rep, Carlos, was friendly and very helpful! He provided us with a lot of information regarding the vehicle features as well as the GMC app. The buying experience took almost 6 hours, which was a little frustrating. We had to wait for someone in finance to be available, which on a Saturday should be better staffed. My only issue was that I contacted the dealer multiple times via email regarding the vehicle Inwanted to purchase, and never got a response.

Dash tire symbol lit up twice during 200 mile trip. Worried. Called for service appointment and got in at 7:30am the next morning. Tire pressure sensor replaced, everything fixed. Out by mid-morning, didnt even have time to finish my second cup of (free) coffee. Awesome! Thanks to your team. You guys are good!

I arrived at 3:10 for an oil change on my wifes 2007 Pontiac Solstice. Reggie Shelton, my service adviser, said the car needed several additional services. He got everything done plus washed the car before closing time at 7:00 pm. Totally amazing. Now my wife has a clean car and its ready for another year of very reliable use. Martins service group again demonstrated awesome teamwork. As a result I took my 2007 Cadillac DTS in the next day for a wash and bought an extended warranty for the Pontiac. Im a very happy customer.

My car was a special order. I ordered it a the time of the model change over (my last car was totaled). David Jones did an excellent job of working through the order process. He was also very proactive about checking on the status of the order (it took 3 months because of model change). Ive had it back for service once (CD player installation). David came in early (before 8:00) on Saturday so I could pick up the car. Some of the other special order items were installed at the same time (e.g. Sapelle Wood Trim). One piece had been omitted (passenger door). He worked hard to get the job done and I was able to make the rest of my appointments. I could not ask for more.

VERY POOR SERVICE, WE are a group of Navy SEAL Team and other Elite U.S. Veterans, our owner has had over 20,000.00 worth of work done at Martin Cadillac / Martin Automotive Group and it has been a nightmare. NO RESPECT FOR U.S. VETERANS. Half of the work was never done right and 25% of that work is STILL not repaired correctly. In short, he took his vehicle there to have the back glass replaced, back glass motor, and a side view mirror, they kept his Cadillac Escalade for 30 day, thirty days JUST FOR THE Above AND returned in DIRTY and damaged, now his Cadillac Escalade is 2 DIFFERENT COLORS ! We are about to ask ALL 700 of our Active, Reserve and retired members to express themselves in the News Media and Social Media about the way Martin Cadillac / Martin Automotive Group POORLY TREATS A HIGHLY DECORATED UNITED STATES VETERAN. Next find the email we sent Bruce Brennan, they have NOT returned our 27 emails or over 40 phone calls in over a month: June 26th, 2015 KRIS HERZOG 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE NOT AUTHORIZED PAINT COLOR CHANGE WHILE AT MARTIN AUTO GROUP MAY / JUNE 2015 Bruce Brennan Martin Cadillac Martin Automotive Group 12101 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA, 90064 Bruce, I was deeply disappointed that it took 30 days to replace my mirror, back window and back window motor. When I came to pick up my 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE from your staff I noticed that the front drivers side quarter panel, bumper and hood looked to be a slightly different color than the rest of my vehicle, when I asked about it, I was told it needed a good professional level wax and buff and that would fix it. The A/C still smells HORRIBLE, this is the same issue I have paid to have repaired by you for 3 years now !!!! I have attached several photos showing what my vehicle looked before I dropped it off and the day I got it back. With my dog Bear getting Shot and then we started our members services for Candidates for President of the United States, as well as many other clients and work related issues with our Navy SEAL, SF and U.S. Veteran members. I have been overwhelmed lately working 20 hour days and had not had the time to do as advised by your staff and have a professional wax and buff job completed to correct the slight color difference. I just had my first day off in months and did as your staff recommended, after a professional wax and buff I was shocked to see that the front drivers side quarter panel and hood were in fact a different color than the rest of my 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN ????? AND What do you recommend we do to correct it ? As you know I was seriously injured (Letter Attached) while in the U.S. Military on Active Duty in Defense of the United States of America. I live with horrible back pain and still spend 7 days a week trying to find jobs, free of charge, for my fellow U.S. Veterans. This 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE is a valuable family heirloom that is worth a great deal to me and as I have no living family left, it is even more important to me. Losing it for 30 days, when your staff took 30 days to replace the back glass, mirror and back glass motor was disappointing, but getting it back with additional damager, via the different colored front quarter panel, bumper and hood is really unprofessional. THE ONLY person or business I have EVER allowed to work on my 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE is you and your company. This 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE is kept in a locked garage, ONLY I have a key to the garage and ONLY I have the Alarm code, and ONLY I have a key to the 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE, I am the ONLY driver, and 95% of the time I only drive it at night. You are the ones that replaced the bumper, hood and painted the quarter panel on the previous repair as well. I have several photos taken of my 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE before and after, ALL show that it was 100% the same color prior to your staff working on it. ALL also show that I day I got it back it was NOT all the same color.

My SRX needs so much service its good to have an extended warranty and dealership I can trust. A few problems Ive had: Rear axel problems, 3 radios (still having problems), break master cylinder, radiator leak, water pump leak, bad battery, 2 catalytic converters (starting at 82000 miles), oil leak, squeaky breaks and suspension, and I can keep going but Martin Automotive Group keeps my car on the road although it does cost an arm and a leg.

this is the second time my air shocks have gone out and each time its over 1000 These should be lasting longer than 3 years. Also everytime you get a rental CAR (Hertz) they are out of gas. So annoying to run straight to a gas station when you have things to do.

I have a black CTS-V Wagon that needed body work. Avery difficult repair (black) Gus took great care of the car, had me inspect the first attempt and got it perfect on the second try. Frankly, I was shocked and disgusted to have to pay $500 for two key fobs which are not worth a dollar each. We have FIVE Yukons in our family - all of them purchased new, but I can honestly say that it is difficult to imagine buying another GMC, or any GM car at the moment, even though we are ready to replace two of them as we speak.
