So I need a rental, but because of my hectic life schedule I wouldnt have been able to return the rental until past the return deadline. I just want to take a moment and commend Amber. After calling for the service rep and not getting an answer, I called Amber and explained my problem. Amber not only wrote up the order, but reserved a loaner vehicle for me. On top of that she communicated with me every day that there was a milestone reached. Amber is the best.

loved the texting update feature. I was able to text Nathan and ask him to plug my car in to be charged when the service was finished so it had more of a charge when I picked it up after attending an event at the Honda Center. Thank you!

My vehicle wasnt running. Friday morning I had it towed to Ford Of Orange. The problem (fuel pump) was diagnosed in a couple of hours and was repaired at the end of the day. I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. Now it runs good. Working with the "service rep" Jason was a positive experience. He got things moving quickly and kept me informed throughout the process.

Overall the service was great and everything was done on a timely fashion and was treated with respect. The one thing that I still need for you guys to work on is getting out the cars on time. If I go and pay for the service and the cashier goes and calls the porter to bring my car, theres no reason why I should be waiting more than 25 minutes to have my car brought up. This is the 2nd time that Ive been to have service on my truck and the same thing has happened. I had to go back and ask the cashier to page the porters to bring my car up. It was until 10 minutes later after my 2nd request that my car was brought. The service that was given was great and everything was smooth however, that would be the only thing I would suggest this dealer works on. Adrian

Not all the things my vehicle was taken in for were taken care of. Alarm system still needs to be fixed, and inside body panels are supposed to be ordered. As of today 6 days after the service no contact has been made by the dealer to schedule when to finish fixing the interior body panels or notice of when they will be in.

Called to check on the status of parts for a recall on my 2013 Explorer & was told I could bring it in. Got there at noon & they told me both of the outstanding recalls could be taken care of and it would take approx 4 hours. I was on my way home by 4:30 in my washed car with all of the fluids, filters, tire pressure, etc checked. My service coordinator, Elyse, had just started working at Ford of Orange at that time, but she knew her way around, made sure I was comfortable and had something to drink during my wait, and provided updates. Shes a great addition to the team!
