I took my brand new Volvo for service due a malfunction on the shade motor. They took. More then one day to figure it out. The diced to give me a loaner car in appalling conditions. I dont recommend this place for service

Bad service experience with another dealership in San Gabriel valley in which they did not thoroughly review the service history of my car and was recommending a service which they had done several months earlier. That service was going to cost me 3k. Will be going to auto nation for service in the future.

Isa was efficient and caring during her management of my service visit. She worked with my extended warranty provider to be sure that the correct repairs were made and appropriate cost covered. There was a delay because the warranty provider required a visit to approve the diagnosis. Because I had spent a half day while to original diagnosis was completed, she generously provided a courtesy vehicle since the work might take two additional days due to the warranty provider need to approve the diagnosis on site.

I drive a Ford Fusion, but have an agreement with AutoNation for oil changes at any AutoNation Service Center. The AutoNation Volvo in Irvine is only 2 miles from my home. I have taken my Ford there twice for an oil change, and I feel like I was treated just as well as if I had brought in a Volvo. I just need to remember to call in advance for an appointment so they can ensure they have the right parts on hand! Even then, they only need a 24-hour notice.
