My wife and I were at Gainesville Honda to have the 15K oil change, tire rotation, and rear differential service on our 2017 Honda Pilot. Our service rep Wes kept us informed several times on the service progress as we waited in the comfortable waiting area. While waiting I had purchased some additional maintenance items to keep at home (oil, coolant, and brake fluid). Wes saw me at the cashier and offered to combine the bills and place my purchased items in our vehicle! Our car was washed and cleaned when returned to us!
