Daryl Shuler was an absolute pleasure and should be considered an asset to the Leith Honda dealership. I visited the Leith Honda dealership shortly before closing on Friday, 20th. I elucidated to Mr. Shuler my time was extremely limited due to my son just undergone chemotherapy at UNC Chapel Hill just hours before arrival. He asked what are my exact needs, desires, and budget. Immediately, he knew the inventory which save a great deal of time. My son and I stayed in the area (Friday night until Saturday evening) due to possible reactions to his therapy and returned to Leith and purchased the car from Mr. Daryl Shuler on Saturday!! He seemed genuinely concerned about my sons health and attentive to details. I had stopped at 5 other dealerships briefly and he was the only one who was focused and personable!

Steve was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure all of my questions were answered and got me out the door on time. Kenny let me borrow a phone charging cable when my phone died. I used the shuttle van for a ride to work for the first time. The driver (cant remember his name - older gentleman) was very friendly and drove in a safe way. I always get above and beyond customer service, and this is why I dont take my car anywhere else.
