Let me start by saying my credit is poor and Im a Rican from the Bronx. I applied online and was pre approved. Ofcourse was not sure if I was being lead to a dead end I spoke to the customer agents and was surely approved as they tried many banks to help. Explained whole process clearly. Also offered to pick me up from nearby train. After calling insurance then finally arriving met a wonderful and welcome staff. I did not feel out of place. Signed and swiped away. Car was washed and prepped even before arriving making it the quickest car transaction ever. Thanks to this dealer I rode off into the weekend in new cts-v. All this done between 11am-1pm.

I brought my truck in for routine service, there were recalls found,so I was told it would take a day to correct everything, I was given a rental car on the spot, and my truck was ready for pickup the next morning at 9am. My experiences with the service department have been mixed. Rotating tires is something apparently most service guys dont know how to do at Vail. Most of the time the tire pressure is way off and the alarm goes off before I get home. I gave up on them relearning the tires with the engine computer. I usually have to do it myself when I get home. The only reason I go back to the dealer is because the quick lube places seem to spatter oil all over the frame of the car and I get oil stains in the garage. The last oil change was at Vail and oil again is on the garage floor. I figured I would give them one more chance. I almost didnt keep my appointment. Well to my great surprise the tire pressure was correct and the alarm did not go off. Somebody who knows what they are doing serviced my car. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because it takes a long time to see if they spattered oil all over the undercarriage.

Emilio is the best car salesman Ive ever dealt with. I bought my original GMC in Manhattan and live in Port Chester near the White Plain dealership, so would have been the path of least resistance to deal with either of those 2. However, neither could locate the car for me that I needed - after a couple months, Emilio did, and he continued following up with me along the way. I drove in late on a Friday thinking that I would have to leave the car overnight and get a loaner (which is highly inconvenient) because of issues with the battery. Andy, the head of service, was aware of my predicament so he put a high priority on my car. Waited 45 mins and drove out with a new battery and few other fixes. Now thats service!!! Great job and thank you Andy.

My experience at Vail Buick has been excellent. Each member of their team from the sales associate Emilio Aronso (whose service is OUTSTANDING) to the Service Manager (Andy Koutselas) to the General Manager (Lawrence Parisi) are all equally courteous, attentive, & go out of their way to please the customer. The Dealership itself has more elegance & class than Dealerships I have visited such as Jaguar & Mercedes. AND their service at Vail is SO MUCH BETTER!!!
