Went 2 times to look at a car, each time car could not be found. Ask many questions before you go, dont assume 100% acurracy on their part. Cars arent clean.. but the prices are good.. but as they say.. you get what you pay for! Just set your expectations really low.. you will have less chance of being let down. Or find a better dealership, thats what I did. Someone who worked really hard for my money and was super strong in customer satisfaction!

I was interested in one of their cars listed on their site, I emailed them and didnt receive anything back. They didnt seem the least of interested at all.

Awful! Bought a car that they sold to me with things wrong with it then I had to wait over 4 hours to get it fixed. I found staff to be rude. I will never buy or recommend.

Im a business owner who was willing to travel 4 hours to buy from JM automotive. The reviews match there service and attention to detail. Buying a vehicle can be allot like going to the dentist, however my experience was painless and efficient. There was one issue overlooked by me and was overlooked by there motor pool at JM, but this issue was easily resolved. My salesman was Steve M., and Kyle; both salesman were extremely helpful and polite, and willing to go the extra mile to make this transaction go smoothly. I strongly recommend that you either seek out Steve M. Or Kyle In your next vehicle purchase.

Really nice showroom and a nice staff. I purchased my car online and the process could not have been easier. With a pretty lousy credit rating they managed to get me a very affordable loan payment and everything was ready when I picked up the car. They didnt try to upsell me on warranties or other products, was just a plain and simple no nonsense deal.

I had almost bought the same car from another dealer until i was informed i knew a mechanic here at JM automotive. JM not only gave me a better unpressured buying experince but provided fiancing far better then the previous used car dealerships i visited. Thank you JM you saved me from buying a Leom and put me behind a beautiful 2013 Suburu WRX. I would highly recomend JM Automotive, Brad the sales man was profesional and polite and had nothing but my best intrests in his mind. Ken and Steve in financing were amazing. Super fast and easy process highly recomended. I also highly recomend their full coverage package due to the caliber of mechanics employed here at JM. Vin at J&M was honest, fair, helpful and he and Kyle followed through with everything they told me on the phone, after I drove 2 hours to see and buy the car (low mileage 2010 BMW 535xi). Very pleased and would not hesitate working with them again and/or recommending them. Felt like a quality new car dealership, not the feeling you generally get with used car dealers.

I found J&M after deciding with my wife it was time for a new vehicle. I went to another local dealership, but was not greeted in a friendly manner, so I left and just happened to drive past J&M. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I stated I was not sure and maybe just looking at some potential options. I sat down and spoke to Brad (hands down the best salesperson there) and described our financial situation along with our current level of need. Together we located the vehicle that fit my desire and needs and took it for a test drive. When we got back to the dealer, he asked if it was something I liked. Initially, I was hesitant because I was not with my wife and didnt want to make the final call without consulting her. Brad asked us to come back in and discuss this potential vehicle. After a few days, we came back in and spent some time with Brad. He eased my wifes concerns and answered every question we threw at him. After not being able to get approved at all these other "guarenteed approval" places, Brad saidlets give it a shot. Not only did we get out of our old vehicle, but the one we purchased did not increase our montly payment drastically. We were able to get more car for the same money montly. Ken and Brad were awesome to deal with and very easy to work along side. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a quality used car. J&M truly is a pleasant car buyers experience. When everyone else said no, they said yes. They have earned our business again, defintely.

Our salesman, Mike Matos, was very welcoming, polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in without being the least bit pushy. We took our time with the test drive with Mike pointing out a few issues that he noticed in addition to answering all our many questions. Mike set in motion all the paperwork, etc. The car was ready when promised, after a complete mechanical check which included all new brakes, rotors, and pads. I had a great experience with J&M. My family has bought 3 other cars from them and loved them all. So naturally for my first car buying experience I came to J&M. Ray was very professional and helpful in helping me find a car, which was at first a 2009 VW passat, which sadly wasnt approved by the bank for a loan but both him and Steve helped me find another car and helped me get approved! Now im driving a beautiful 2013 VW jetta hybrid. Even though it did have problems shortly after acquiring the car, Ray still helped me by getting my car into their service department very quickly. Although it still has to go to a VW dealership to get fixed they did all the legwork for me. Still very happy and content with my first car buying experience!
