"Used To Be Much Better"

I bought my mazda 3 from this place 6 years ago and I cant say anything bad about that process. The next two or three years of getting my car serviced here was great as well, even though I was only getting oil changes and routine maintenance. After that, I dont know what happened to this place but they slowly started changing for the worse. They used to offer up loaner cars for service and even touted it up as this big thing when I first bought my car here. I used to be able to get a loaner car on a few days notice but now they say they dont give one out for routine maintenance and that I have to call up WEEKS in advance. I used to be able to mention small things that I noticed happening with my car and they would try to take care of it if it was a small issue. This last year I mentioned that I had a small noise issue in my car that seemed to be coming from my trunk and I got the new service manager coming out and arguing and yelling at me while putting his finger in my face. All of this while he tried to get me to pay a $100 diagnostic fee for something I had basically had taken care of every single time Id been in there for an oil change. The jack in the back and the spare tire always came a bit loose and started making noises, so theyd tighten those down for me and the noise would go away. Guess they no longer show their loyal, longtime customers any love. They also used to top off your fluids, including the windshield wiper fluid, which was always a nice touch... thats since stopped as well. I was also recently was charged a $10 labor fee to put on 2 wiper blades that I bought from them, something I would have easily done myself if I had known they were going to try to nickel and dime me for damn time they even put their hands on my car. The wiper blades themselves cost $8 a pop but apparently taking 10 seconds to put them isnt something theyll do out of courtesy. Thus far they still give your car a "courtesy" car wash and a driver seat floor vacuum but at this rate I doubt those things will last. Additionally, I recently had a chance to watch their "car wash" from the nice bmw dealership right across the parking lot, and was shocked by what I saw. I dont except an automated car wash to be nearly as thorough and delicate as a hand wash but I saw drying and wiping towels lying OUTSIDE, ON THE FLOOR, and then being picked up and used to wipe down some poor guys car. Theyre literally rubbing swirl marks into the paint of the cars theyre giving a "courtesy" wash to. Its really a shame to watch all the small things that made this dealership great disappear one by one. These days every dealership offers the same perks but they seem to do it much better than these guys. Also most other service managers usually know a thing or two about speaking politely to a customer, at least they sweat talk you into their swindle instead of yelling at you like a brute. Hopefully the buying experience here is still good like when I went through that but Id go ahead and take your car to another dealership or to your local shop to get serviced as soon as your car is out of warranty, or maybe sooner than that.

Before I went to Gallery Mazda, I went to Liberty Mazda and I had a very bad experience cause their elder salesperson had a bad attitude and impatient. I already decided to get CX5 and I was just looking for a store to buy it. When I came to Gallery Mazda and met Janice, she was very nice and helped me a lot to get all the info I need. Then I decided to get my car at Gallery, and during the time, Janice was really helpful. So its a very good experience.

Jenna is fabulous. She is efficient and thorough, friendly and is customer service focused! That being said I think some of your pricing is a bit high (69 vs 89) and I would like to know the charges up front before work is being done. I was very surprised by the cost of alignment. And there wasnt a report included with the invoice - like you get from Town Fair Tire!!

Our salesman Levi was excellent. He was very patient with us and guided my wife about the car and the features that it had that we would value most. The soft sale approach was a nice touch. I felt the dealership was clean and had several items to make our day comfortable.

I like that the Mazda gallery has a smaller feel than some of the huge dealerships and the service seems more personal.

Although I had made a mistake about the schedule in my calendar the service department was very accommodating and got my service done in an hour. While I was there I looked at the new cars, read some work material I had with me, and had a nice conversation with the person who takes care of the billing. The car was also vacuumed when it was ready, which is an extremely nice thing to do as it had not been cleaned all winter.

Nancy at the front desk is very friendly! The shuttle service is very convenient. Jenna was very accommodating when it came to texting, emailing, and calling me to schedule my service and keep me updated on my vehicles status. I also like that she filled out the coupon for me to receive from Castrol. All I had to do was mail it in before my next visit in order to receive a $20 coupon.

I didnt have an appointment and I knew they were booked solid!!! So, of course, I was nervous that I would be asked to leave. However, the service representative asked how may they help me. I just wanted an oil change. He explained there would be a long (long) wait. I thought no problem because Im off for the day. It was through this process I was informed about the condition of my brakes and I learned of other necessary services, other than an oil change, I needed to my vehicle, which I love. Needless to say, the work was performed and I left a happy camper. THANK YOU!
