I bought a car from direct auto mall. Im so disappointed for their service since day one. They keep us waiting 3 hours for all paper done. When the sale (Richard) agent make appointment to get the car after signed one week. He forgot to do the plate for me even though i confirmed with him 2 times on text and phone. Later i said on Monday he will deliver at 12.30am. Monday morning he called he can do it at 3pm. Im off from work waiting till 3pm, i dont see him. I called around 6pm he said he is on the way. Im sooo disappointed with his service. He doesnt respect people time and so rude to me. He promised on the day that he forgot to do plate number that he will give free 3times oil change. He said its not going to happen because i called his manager. Last hope, I complained to his manager but they dont say even sorry or make up anything for me. The managers help me nothing but rude. Im not satisfied. After all this situation, i feel they are disrespectful, not professional at all. They dont know how to do business.

Felipe Campos(the salesperson who helped me) was very professional and definitely helped me to get a good deal. It took about 6 days for me to get the truck, but I am really happy with it.

I sent the dealer my proposal for a RAV4 on their lot. I told them we would drive in 1.25 hours to see the car but if they could not do the deal I was asking for tell us now and we could both move on. When we arrived the place was a disaster and disorganized. Finally got a sales man and not the person I spoke to through the email system. When they finally appraised our car and showed us and offer it was insulting. They marked the car up as high as they could and offered us 1000 less than any other dealer had offered us. Their offer was $7000 different than what I had told them I was willing to go. I smiled thanked them and asked for my keys to my car. they then started to get indignent that I would not give them a chance to re look at it. I had to threaten them to get my keys back. Unprofessional and deceptive. they should be shut down. The car had been there for 6 weeks never serviced or had 3 of one type of tire and 1 of another. No antena on the back and had not been washed.

She did a great job on helping us get the car we wanted that day (which most people know is next to impossible). I cant really say much more about our experience bc it was made so simple and easy by Ana and a few other members of the staff.....Id definitely go back they had a great selection of cars and like I said their staff was pretty amazing! Also for some reason I couldnt press the stars on most of the categories but they would get all 5 if I could.

This place is a walking trap the only thing that went right was the sales person chris he was great. My truck took forever to come in i bought it on a monday and didnt get it till saturday. They didnt take any of the scratches out they said they would buff on the truck they didnt replace the tires and they did a terrible job detailing. I had to get it re detailed and buffed because it looks d that bad. Now onto the big issue i traded in my car and the agreement was on nov 2 here it is a month later and its not paid off yet this is going to affect my credit. My other issue is noone there cares to return my call and solve my problem i will never send anyone here thats for sure you guys are very unprofessional.

I live a three hours from the dealership and was looking for a specific vehicle. I found one at Direct Automall on Thursday, so I called them to confirm vehicle is still available and to make appointment to test drive on Saturday. I gave Direct Automall my credit card information over the phone to hold the vehicle for me. On Friday I receive a call from Direct Automall to confirm the appointment for Saturday. On Saturday morning I drove to Direct Automall to find out the car is not there. The responds from Direct Automall was it would not be back until Wednesday. Direct Automall then was trying to push a different vehicle on me that I was not interested in it. The dealership is all about pushing out cars and does not about customer service. If you choose to go to Direct Automall for a vehicle, I would double check to make sure the care you are looking for there. Also, I over heard this same thing happen to someone else, so I am not an isolated case.

They delayed to deliver the vehicle, questions and issues Ive had after, were not taken seriously and i felt as if they didnt want to help their own customers after the sale. Delayed in delivering the registration, lost the spare key and and mats as well. Dont really care the material things, but i wish i was treated the same way when i was in the processing of buying frol them. WILL NEVER COME BACK.
