"Tried To Sneak A $2500 "warranty" By Me"
after hours of negotiating, when it came time to sign, I insisted we walk through the contract line by line, adding up the charges. What a surprise, the numbers didnt add up to what we agreed! Sure enough, after repeatedly asking them to go line by line, I found the problem. They snuck a $2500 "Warranty" that we never discussed, into the contract! Needless to say, I walked out, and would never go back there.

Went in on a Friday night at 8pm just to see a used truck on their lot, I was able to test drive. I did have a trade in but i got a ride to see truck, I explained to them a bad experience i had at fairfield ford then previous night...basically i drove out that night after their normal operating hours with truck and was allowed to bring trade in the following day. Gave me more trade in value treated me with respect and explained to me everything in datails Big ups to Nathan in finance dept, Laith sales manager and Yamilet i believe was her name sales person very friendly. I will definitely go back to them and recommend friends and family for future car purchases.

We bought a car there. The car is/ was great. But the buying process was slowwwww.. We arrived at 0845, were shown the car, which is bulletproof so we quickly agreed to buy it. Then we got the wrong financial details about the taxes. Then it took more then 3 hours for them to change a lightbulp. they promised to clean the car, which in the end they didnt because we had to leave. If you buy a car there, have a lot of patient, and dont pay until the car is ready to go.
"Avoid This Dealership"
Bought a 2013 Nissan Juke a few months ago. During the sales process it was discovered one of the expensive electronic keys was missing. Our sales person Charles told us the key was locked in another office and he would mail it to us. I heard nothing and called the dealership after about 2 weeks and left a message for Charles to call me back. I heard nothing again and called a 2nd time - spoke to an unknown sales manager who told me he would order the key for me and I would have to come up to have it "programmed". I heard nothing after several weeks and called again. This time I spoke to "Chris" in parts. Chris called me back after several hours and told me that he spoke to both Charles and the GM. Chris told me he remembered the conversation, but that the GM made the decision to not honor the verbal contract. Chris told me management had changed since I bought the car. One, I think it was unprofessional for Charles not to call back and explain the situation - he lost a customer. Two, its unprofessional for the GM not to call back if he is the deciding factor. I then called right back and asked for the GM - who of course wasnt available. I left him a message telling him how unprofessional the conduct had been so far and asked nicely for him to call me back so we could discuss the matter. I have heard nothing. These folks apparently only care up until the point you sign - I will be following up.....
"Best Sales Man Ever!!!!!"
I went into Nissan momentum 5/9/15 and honestly didnt expect to walk out of there or should I say drive out of there in a new car. I had Mike help me which let me say did a FANTASTIC job on getting me into the exact car I wanted with all my price points. We spent hours together, actually all sat but let me say it was well worth it. Everybody made sure I was ok while I waited, offering me water & coffee, and thanking me for my patience. I test drove many different cars but like I said once I told Mike (salesman) which car I fell in love with he did everything in his power to get me into that car. I walked out of there one HAPPY EXCITED customer as I drove away in my 2012 Hyundai Electra car. I just wanted say again THANK YOU mike from the bottom of my heart for the extra miles you took to get me into that car. BEST mothers day present to myself. If you guys ever go there make sure you ask for him, You wont be disappointed.

"Run Around And Lied To"
Worst dealer Ive ever dealt with. Do NOT buy a car from here. Once they have your money they dont give a flying flute about you. Lied to repeatedly, charged an extra $4,000 for service contract! SERVICE CONTRACT!? Yeah the very same one we said we didnt want at length. Had the service dept fix a scratch the car had at purchase by contract and they did but they broke the door panel in the process. Worst place ever, dont trust them with your repair work or your money.
