I was doing my research on SUVs and was very impressed in what a big selection they had. We went at about 11 in the morning and looked in the back lot first. After that we moved to the lot that was directly in front of the building. While we were browsing around out there Marc had approached us and asked what we were looking for. I was pretty sure I wanted a Jeep but I really didnt know anyone that had a Jeep and I had never driven one. Marc offered to take us inside and show us what they had available. We discussed the things that were a must for me: backup camera, Bluetooth, heated seats, etc. Marc was very helpful in showing us all that was available. We were inside for just a short time discussing and then Marc told us that the only way we would know if we liked it would be for us to test drive it. We were told we could go basically wherever we wanted and we should get a feel for how it drove. After the test drive I liked it but I still wasnt sure. We asked to take another one on a test drive with a bigger engine and Marc said it was no problem! So we went on yet another test drive. We went down highways and even bumpy back roads to see how it drove. I really loved the one with the bigger engine, and so thats how I decided!! Althogh, the one I ended up picking out was in Voorhees, he said it was no problem and someone would drive up with it! I am very pleased with my buying experience and I will definitely be back.

This was my first time buying a used car. There was no pressure in the process aside for what is expected when making a major purchase. Michael showed me around the lot and pointed out the make and model I wanted. He encouraged me to test drive the car. He offered to let me take it over night and get it checked out by my mechanic. Michael and Chris explained the pricing and financing to me and answered my questions. They have promised to make any repairs for six months. I left happy feeling I had gotten a fair deal and was treated with respect. There is not the stereotypical "used car salesman" attitude. They wanted me to buy a car but they wanted me to have the car I wanted at a fair price. When signing the papers for purchase there was not a lot of add-ons and to jack up the price. The offered standard warranty/insurance package with no pressure beyond offering it and explaining its benefits. The one area where I am still a little bit disappointed is the cleanliness of the car. They "detailed" the car when I said I wanted it, but I still found coins and personal garbage under the drivers seat. When you buy a used car you want to feel like you are the first to own it. I have a few items that need to be addressed by the service department but they ensured me that that will be taken care of as soon as I make an appointment. Overall, it was a good experience and I will go back for my next vehicle.
