I recently bought a 2012 Acura MDX from Rite Cars. Jeff was very helpful, and the staff was supportive of the sale (even though they had to stay hours past closing). My first concern was that the listed price was ONLY with their financing (at a higher rate, of course), and this wasnt noted online. I continued the process, and they agreed to replace the tires since they were in bad shape. There was very poor communication for a few weeks (couldnt get any knowledgeable person on the phone and, no one would call back). In the end, Jeff apologized and was able to wrap things up well. I love the car, and Im ultimately happy very with my purchase.

Increased price when financing through your own bank, when we tried financing through them, monthly payment they were saying didnt come close to what we calculated using the interest rate they were giving. The sales person was very friendly though.

it states no gimicks and fine print, but says in the same fine print it shows a price in which they assume 1500 downpayment. so its really the price + this downpayment they pulled out of thin air.

With the exception of a few workers they arent forth coming. Its just push papers in your face, sign here,tell you pay for motor vehicle fees to pay only to find that it never went to registration it went to down payment.. call back and they wont return your phone call. I would never recommend them to anyone as I was about to.

Must say that they were nice people to initially deal with. The buying process was a generally good experience. I had problems with the car on the 3rd day of ownership well within the 30 day dealer warranty and which are still not resolved after two months. They have extream difficulty returning phone calls, ordering parts, and communicating with their customers. Four weeks to get a gas cap is rediculous. I have made four phone calls in the past week and left messages with the salesmen to have the owner and or other specific people call me and have recieved none to date. Dont take your chances with these guys.

"Rite Cars Is Not So Rite After All... Buy Smart!"

Months ago Rite Cars grabbed my attention with the advertisement “ALL CREDIT WELCOMED EVERYONE DRIVES REGARDLESS OF PAST OR PRESENT CREDIT SITUATION” I took it upon myself to contact dealer as I was interested in the 2010 Audi S4 Stock # R0320 which still sits in their lot weeks and weeks after my conversation with Arthur (Finance Associate) After filling out the application I had to call dealer a few times 3 days later since I didn’t hear back due to lack of communication I must say. I finally heard back from Arthur aka Arti, he went on to say that he got me approved through a tier 2 bank with $10,000.00 dollars down payment at an APR of 12.99% with a monthly payment of $634.00 given my situation - I was beside myself… At that point I decided to just walk away as I felt their slogan was just pure advertisement. Listen folks just yesterday I bought a 2012 Audi S4 Prestige with 30,482 in the odometer which is 30 thousand miles less than theirs at a very very good price and guest what?! I had to put absolutely no money down not even a penny and got approved at an amazing APR through Capital One Auto Finance with a payment no higher than $650.00 a month. Listen Rite Cars you could have taken my business and you just decided to look after yourselves, Rite Cars is not a customer first company unfortunately I had to find that out the hard way and guess what at the end I won. Folks one door closes and another one opens, if Rite Cars is not for you look elsewhere you are the buyer at the end you seal the deal. Rite Cars I can’t thank you enough for turning me away as I am sitting here full of joy with a much better vehicle - Keep up the good work Rite Cars!

I usually wait 30 days to write a review and Im glad i did so i can detail the experience Ive had with this dealership. My salesperson was mario costadura. The usual sales tactics etc etc. When i took the car home, the radio didnt work. I was told that Honda was closed and i would have to wait the entire weekend without a radio . really the last thing i wanted to hear after financing 9000+ and he acted like it was no problem. Not a huge deal so i let it go. after the weekend, i had to remind mario that the radio wasnt working, so it wasnt even being worked on to fix this. by the time he was able to get help (2 days later) i had already figured out the problem and fixed it myself. not even a month of having the car, the entire car died. battery problem. easy fix. call them with the warranty i bought. i was told by mario that I "HAD" to have left something on in the car and killed the battery and the warranty wont cover it. even after explaining i didnt, he still insisted i left on lights or something in the car. when i took the car to a real shop, they said the battery was years old and drained and shouldnt have even been in the car. i have now filed a complaint with the better business bureu for the cost of the battery that should not have been in the car. From the better business bureu they have sent 2 notices to ritecars with no response. i will be posting my story to various car sites so everyone doesnt make the mistake i did going here. avoid this dealership. If you have ANY problem they are no help at all.

Went there for a BMW but didnt like it. Johnny then showed me a more expensive Lexus that I thought would be out of my budget. Had a lot of reservations but finance gentlemen Peter started working for me. After a lot of back and forth I got a deal I was comfortable with and left with a much better car. Found a Jeep online I was interested in so I called and they asked me to come by. When someone asked the salesperson to show me the Jeep he gave a look of "oh no, not the Jeep" which should have prepared me for what was to come. First off, the car didnt even start. As the sales person went to get cables to jump it I looked around the car. It was filthy, but I over looked it and continued to check it out. As I opened the glove box the whole thing fell apart. After laughing I leaned back in the drivers seat and that fell apart. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. I was insulted they even showed me this car or that they actually show this car to other people. Even after explaining everything to them, they still have the car listed in their site. Needless to say, I wont be coming back.
