The agent in charge of responding to email inquiries called me and informed me that the car had not passed inspection and would not be offered for sale in their dealership. She further inquired about the car I needed and got all the info from me, and stated that she would call me if such a car would be available in their dealership. She polite and very profession and very eager to help

Service manager walked by and advised the service advisors that a customer was waiting. one advisor walked by eating a donut. 2nd time was good Third time i called because i received notification of a recall on my vehicle. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed i would have to bring my vehicle in twice. once for an inspection and second time for actual repairs of the recall work. the representative told me they corporate did not allow them to stock the parts necessary to fix the recalled item. I called another dealer. they stocked the parts and could take care of me on one visit. when i called back to cancel my appointment, after i explained I was cancelling because another dealer could perform the inspection and work in one visit all I got was an " OK " . I will not be returning
