Great place and friendly staff. I spoke to Nolan who was beyond excellent. He fought to get me the best deal possible on a 2017 Sonata. Unfortunately the car was not my ideal fit so we did not end up making the deal. He was very accommodating to this decision and gave me his business card in case I changed my mind. Will recommend to anyone looking for a new car!
"Sold Vehicle, Didnt Tell Me Until I Showed Up"
I called John Ruscito of internet sales on Saturday an hour before they closed asking if they had a specific truck available. He said that yes they did have it and also asked me if that was the only truck i was interested in on the lot. I responded yes, i was only looking at that one specific truck and that i would email him in the morning when i was on my way. Sunday morning i emailed him at 930 am saying that i would be down to look at the truck to which he responded "Jeffrey.... Thank you for the email ....? Simply ask for me when you arrive. ? I will have a Sales Professional waiting to assisit you. See You Soon !" On arrival i met with a salesmen, he then introduced me to John and he said that i would love this truck and nice to meet me. After telling the salesmen which truck i wanted to see, he took my license and left for about 10 min before coming back to me and said that it had been sold yesterday. The reason that Im angry is that John knew how far i was driving to look at the truck, and the reason i emailed in the morning was to ensure that the truck was still there and not once did he mention that the truck was sold. I think that either they sold it and lied to me just to get me in the door, or it was never there and they thought they could sell me something else. Either way, extremely poor communication and very unprofessional.

The sale person (RJ) greeted me at the door and inquired as to why I was there. I explained I was there to check out the Hyundai tucson. He took me though the special features and we discuss price which was out of my price range so we moved on to a vehicle that was in my range with features that were important to me. Rj was very helpful and knowledge through the entire process. Great overall experience, I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Everything about this dealership was great. I spent months looking for the car I wanted and when it popped up here they made the process so easy. I was able to negotiate my price online and when I came in they honored it, didnt even try to reopen negotiations. I worked with John Shea and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. Was about to buy a GMC down the road but felt it wasnt a good enough deal plus we were made to wait for 2 hours as the salesman was too busy with others several times. Driving home we saw a GMC on RT 44 Hyundais parking lot and turned around to check it out.. Ended up looking at a Hyundai Tucson and asked Eric Barros for information . What a breath of fresh air this sales rep and dealership is. We felt no pressure and were treated with respect. We will be returning tomorrow to make our purchase. He never said that this deal is only good for today like the other dealers have done. Eric makes the buying process a real pleasure. We highly recommend RT 44 Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They are truly a 10 star dealership !
"Hyundai Dealers Not Set Up For Luxury Car Sales"
Made appointment with Rachel to look at new Equus. Told her the time I would be there.She told me "Make sure you ask for me when you get here" Got there on time asked for her and was told she is just for internet. Never did meet her? No car was set up and no one had the details straight on the car I called about? Not getting the luxury feel here... So I had to start from scratch. Trying Hyundai as it seemed they have finally gotten their quality and service way up from days of old.Car I called about was in showroom with dead battery and boxed in by other cars. Why would you have your "Flagship Model" sitting in the showroom with a dead battery?( Red flag #1) I could not test the model I was interested in. Met a salesman very nice person and very helpful but did not know much about leasing. Test drove different model of the car I called about. I did like the test drive so I tried to work numbers with sales manager on the model I was interested in. Power trunk release was broken on this car and it only had a few hundred miles?? (Red flag #2) so while dealing with numbers I came close but they were going to try to get closer to my number. Gave them my phone and e-mail several times. No business cards were offered? (Red flag #3) Asked salesman to send me deal sheets we were working on. He agreed. Never sent them. So I called next day and girl who answered phone said she would have him call me the next day as he was off today...never heard from sales guy or manager or anyone for that matter again. ( Red flag #4)Trying to buy a top of the line rear wheel drive car that has been on the lot for over a year right before snow hits one would think they would hustle? Well as I currently have an Infiniti I know first hand going there is a totally different experience. Top notch sales and service. Hyundai has a good warrantee but from the service reviews I looked up on at least 10 different sites including this one(Red flag #5) it is very scary some of the issues people have had. What good is a warrantee if the car is in the shop all the time? Thought I would try something new but after this I am not getting the "warm and fuzzy" If Hyundai is looking to get into the luxury car game they need to get these cars out of the low end dealerships as people just do not want to put up with nonsense .Infiniti ,Acura and Lexus will all drive the car I want to my house on my time. I make appointment and drive 40 miles for dead battery?? Looking at MDX,QX70 or RX350 now to play it safe.

Last month I went to Rte 44 Hyundai to turn in my old lease, I was originally planning to buy the car, but the deal offered to me on the new lease was so good, I couldnt pass it up. Chaz was a very helpful and friendly salesman and did everything he could so that I could drive out of there that same night with the new car. The manager Mike was awesome and threw in heated seats and a remote starter along with a great price for my new lease! They really aim to please the customer here. Everyone was polite and helpful. I have never had anything negative to say about this dealership, I would definitely continue to go here for my cars and would recommend it to others.

"Dont Buy The Extended Warranty!"
I bought a 2013 Elantra GT, new, from Rte 44 Hyundai. Sales & Service were a good experience. I purchased the Extended Warranty package that they financed into my loan. 2 years later I needed to trade in my Elantra and was told I could get a pro-rated return on what I paid for the Extended Warranty. I went to Hyundai and filled out the paper work with their finance person, Tony. Two months and 3 phone calls later, I have not received any return on my payment nor can I get anyone to help me out with this. Previously I would have loved to buy another Hyundai from Rte. 44, but not any longer! Bad business practices! It can not be only one way guys!!!!

I was looking for a new car that would give me the comfort, quality and handling that I have been used to as a Toyota owner since 1998. I tried various makes and models and found that the Santa Fe Sport appealed to me the most. Tyler was quick and efficient as a salesman. After asking me a few questions about what I wanted, he brought out a Santa Fe in the color and interior style I wanted. Tyler suggested that I take the Santa Fe home overnight to think about it. I found this really helped me to clarify any questions/concerns I had about the SUV. It was a surprisingly pleasant and low-stress experience shopping at Route 44 Hyundai. I love my new car and I feel I got the quality I was looking for at a reasonable price.

I was shown several different models, drove two and leased one. For car buying it was a fairly quick process given the sales process and paperwork. The car review upon delivery was excellent as well, reviewing the operation of the vehicle was extremely helpful.

On 12/29/2014 I visited the Route 44 Raynham Hyundai dealership. I was met at the door by Syed Mahmud, who was friendly and courteous. I told him that I had seen a 2014 Santa Fe Sport online and wanted to test drive it. We sat for a few minutes and went over some initial paperwork, but nothing pressurized. I test drove the vehicle and he also showed me other 2014 vehicles. I chose 2 that I was interested in, and he offered to get prices with discounts and incentives on BOTH of them so that I could make an informed decision. He was extremely easy to work with, very patient with my questions, and went far beyond what I would have expected from a car salesman. Within a few hours I was driving away in my brand new car: financing completed to my happy satisfaction, incentives given and a full tank of gas! Syed Mahmud made this car-buying experience a pleasure and I will recommend him to my friends in the future. I always receive excellent service from Rte 44 Hyundai. I bought my car brand new from them in 2007 and I am still a loyal customer, 97,000 miles later. They never pressure you and offer comparable prices for services on your vehicle. Many people advised me not to go to a dealership because they will up charge you, but every time they recommend a service I do my research and they either offer the same or a lower price than the little repair shops. I highly recommend this dealership to purchase and service your vehicle.

I purchased a 2013 Sonata and can not get enough of it. I was extremely hesitant to finance a vehicle, but from the start Brad put me at ease and assisted me with my vehicle purchase. He spent quite a while going over numbers with me, and we finally found a payment that I was happy with. I wasnt just happy with the payment. The customer service provided was one of the best experiences I have ever had. All of my friends and family cant get over how awesome my car is for being "used". My daughter and I had gone to Route 44 in search for a reliable vehicle as she does a lot of travelling. From the moment we stepped out of the car to the parking lot, Brad had greeted us with a smile and asked us what we were looking for. So he brought us inside, offered us coffee and sat down with us to help us with buying a vehicle with a payment in our price range. He showed us several cars from Sonatas to Elantras and my daughter decided on a Sonata. I couldnt be more grateful for the excellent customer service both Brad and the rest of the team provided us. I would have never pictured myself to purchase a Hyundai, but as my previous car was getting up there in age, we became convinced to make the investment and buy a new reliable car that the whole family would love. And Brad was so helpful with all of our needs and we are so thankful. I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Rte. 44 Hyundai. James Clanton was my salesperson and his personable, approachable, low-pressure style instantly made me feel comfortable. James was very knowledgable and informative and talked though all of my options with me. I felt that the deal was handled honestly and without any high-pressure sales tactics. As a single female, shopping alone for a vehicle, the car buying experience can be very intimidating. Working with James made an otherwise unpleasant experience very pleasant. James delivered an incredible service and a positive experience. I also had a very positive interaction with the Sales Manager, Derek Viveros. Again, the interaction was handled with honesty and without pressure, putting me instantly at ease. Since my car purchase, Ive also interacted with the Rte. 44 Hyundai Service Team and those interactions have been extremely positive, as well. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience. I will definitely will be recommending friends and family and will be back when I am in the market to buy a new car again.

I made a service appointment at my last service. got a card with a sticker for my calendar! forgot why i was going in so i called and no one laughed at my forgetfulness! when i got there, nick was, as always, wonderful. he came by after a bit to tell me about my engine filter, showed me how gross it was (full of sticks, grass, and other camping trip memorabilia), and gave me the updated points for my discount. it was done in the time i had to spare, the checkout was fast, and i got my next appointment card with the little sticker. i know if i forget why i am going in, i can just call and ask.

I came here with my mother to have her car repaired (minor repair and preventive maintenance), Tyler was very polite and informative. He was patient with me and helped with answering me and my mothers questions-. My mother does not speak English (only Portuguese)- so normally I would have to translate for her, but this time I didnt have to because Tyler spoke Portuguese. We did not ask for anyone who spoke Portuguese (since I was there to translate) but we got Tyler by chance! I was very happy knowing she would be able to return someday without me and just ask for him. Him speaking Portuguese was just a plus.... I could tell he was honest and was not just trying to "sell me" more work. After her car was done, it felt like a new car and also even seemed cleaner then when we first dropped it off! My mother told me "I want him to work on my car from now on, I do not trust anyone else to work on my car!" Looks like we will be asking for Tyler next time we go to Hyundai. I wanted to write a review for him sooner but i did not know how or where to do it so Im glad I found the correct place to do it after googling it.

After purchasing my vehicles I began to experience several problems. I have brought the car back for repairs several times only to be treated rudely by management and the service department staff. As soon as Route 44 Hyundai has your money, they could care less about how they treat you or remedying the situation. BUYERS BEWARE! I would not buy water from these people if I was dying of thirst.

I went to the dealership on a Saturday to trade in my 2008 Mazda 6. This will be my second time going through Rt.44 Hyundai for my vehicles. I had no idea what car I wanted and Brad was very patient with me. I was definitely a difficult client and Brad was courteous and helpful. I had to be at work at 5 and the entire staff was helpful in getting me out and on my way. He got me a great deal on a 2012 Camry and helped me find cheaper car insurance.
