Called about a vehicle that came up on cars.com. I was assured the vehicle was there, "Im staring right at it" was what I was told. So I get a confirmation call from Selenia, the sales person confirming our appt. so I drive in Friday afternoon traffic from NJ to see the car, I get there in 3 hours only to be told the car went to auction. Everyone shrugged their shoulders. This place sucks, the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I will also Complete chryslers survey on line. Make sure you google the car on a satellite so you personally can make sure its in stock. God forbid someone got out of their chair to see if it was actually there. Ive never seen a dealship like this. Thanks for nothing Star!!

The dealership had false ad on the 2012 fiat 500. The ad says it was automatic transmission, but it was stick shift, the customer/sales rep was super pushy as well ¿

I reached out to them because of a car I seen advertised on CARS.com. They did reply quickly. Per my conversation with sales, the car had been sold the night before. Tactic? not sure .... but the same car is still being advertised with CARS.com. With two more contacts from them, I had to reiterate and let them know that they no longer had to reach out to me. Since CARS.com did send me a request to review them .... Thats pretty much my experience with this dealer.

From the moment I entered the door and this Asian guy named Ronald comes in to greet me, friendly outgoing dude and helps me out with everything I need about the car that I wanted. I asked for a good deal on it and in returned he asked for a good review so here it goes. Everyone in there was nice, including the managers. The only bad thing about this dealership is that once I got the car and the deal we agreed upon, I had to wait for the car to be prepped and tuned for the road cause I wanted to just zoom out of there with my new car haha. Ask for Ronald when you get there, hell help you out for sure! :-)

I had an old 2005 Nissan and was thinking of getting into something better for sometime now, just didnt think I could afford a new car payment plus I had no down payment. I was just minding my own business waiting to pick up my car from the service dept when Joseph approached me and we started talking. One thing led to another and by the end of the afternoon I left my old Nissan at Star and drove off with a new 2016 Chrysler 200. I met with the very professional and helpful sales rep Joseph, who explained the entire process and was very patient in helping me find exactly what I needed. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey. It has been giving me problems for over a year and a half. They never seem to really fix the problem .Tony is great very professional however I didnt receive the same professionalism from the other employees. Lets start with Steve the service manager. He is rude and unprofessional .He doesnt know how to speak to people. I cant believe he is a manager. He just brushes you off and he is very sarcastic.He is not professional at all.I am upset that my car has been there so many times.This location does not have loaner cars. So image a mom with kids and no car.I have rented a car a few times however after this many times I feel the dealership should pay for the rental.Terry can be nice however she is very sharp and she always rushes you off the phone I never get an answer from her. I bought the car in Tues afternoon and Wednesday afternoon at 4:30 no made an attempt to let me know what was going on with the car. Its not my fault the car is not working properly. However I need it to be fixed.Maybe some changes should be made in this location.
