I first visited Elmwood when the dealership I bought my 2016 Durango from wouldnt handle a warranty issue which required the roof of my Durango to be repainted. The dealership welcomed me with open arms and handled the issue. They provided updates along the way and I was impressed with the warranty repair. That is why when my 2016 Durango was totaled in an accident I reached out to Dennis the GM who put me in touch with Richard Miranda. Richard was without doubt the best salesman I have ever worked with to purchase a vehicle. They were very aggressive in their price and were willing to locate a 2017 Durango almost 2 hours away and brought it in within 24 hours. I cant speak more highly about this dealership, with 2 little kids in tow, the used car sales manager brought my kids hot wheel cars to keep them entertained. The finance manager Noel was also incredibly efficient he got me in and out in 10 minutes, he didnt waste my time as he knew my kids just wanted to get out of there. It is rare in my opinion to find a dealership that clearly operates with customer service as a priority. I look forward to my next purchase experience at Elmwood.

I came in to look at 3 different used Dodge Rams. I worked with Eniezer and we had a price set in mind and were unable to get to that goal. While walking out we were stopped by James Bray, who along with Eniezer, worked us into a lease for a 2016 Ram with a lower payment per month than what we had set in mind. Both gentlemen were fantastic to work with, they go out of their way to make you feel like you are important. How often do you leave a dealer with a newer vehicle for a lower price? I would HIGHLY recommend you go and see these 2 if you are in the market for a vehicle. Will be going back when I need a new vehicle.

I had been researching the Jeep Wrangler for a couple of weeks. I had been calling various dealerships for information and physically visited a few. I wasnt wowed by any of them-they didnt ask me questions or give the impression that they wanted to help me. I then called Elmwood Chrysler Dodge and Marcio answered the phone. Chipper, polite as can be, and excited to be talking to me. I asked him a few questions and he shared a lot of new information. He told me things about the Jeep no one bothered to tell me. We had a really good conversation. I have to say, he made a very good first impression over the phone. Later that week, I came in to test drive the Wrangler and he was even more impressive in person. He sincerely wanted to help me and he did. I purchased the car later that night. He then introduced us to Noel the Finance Manager. He too had a great personality and went out of his way to obtain an even better financing rate than the one that originally was offered. He did not have to do that- he didnt know us- and he went to bat for us. We really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this dealership and be sure to ask for Marcio in sales! I had received a call from Eniezer Rios asking if I was in the market, so when I went down to look at a few I saw online, I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable about both of the cars my wife and I were interested in. After a couple of test drives, we settled on a car and began the process. He was very helpful getting the deal done, and when I returned to take delivery, he was even more helpful as I wanted to have a few things taken care of. "Purchased Two Vehicles At Elmwood"
My husband and I were in the market for new vehicles. We went to about five different dealerships before going to Elmwood. After due diligence, we narrowed our search down to Elmwood and one other dealership. Ultimately, my husband decided to lease a four door Wrangler and I ended up buying a pre-owned 2012 Dodge Journey. We choose Elmwood for multiple reasons, competitive prices, vehicle selection and the professionalism of the entire staff. Our sales professional, Eniezer Rios, was top notch! He definitely earned our business by following up with us, being available at any reasonable time for questions and facilitating the resolve of any challenges we faced during the buying process. The exact model my husband was looking for was not onsite but the dealership was able to locate and secure the vehicle within a reasonable amount of time. The pre-owned car I purchased showed a malfunction light of the ESC System the night I drove it home. I was concerned but from my dealing with Elmwood and Eniezer I was confident that they would remedy the problem at no expense to me. It took a little while for the service team to determine the issue. During that time, the service team was a pleasure to deal with (thank you T) and Eniezer kept me informed. I was provided a rental and the problem was fixed with no out of pocket cost to me. I was impressed with how the dealership handled my issue. It is easy to have a good experience and be happy with a buying experience when everything goes right but to have a good experience despite the “bumps in the road†is rare. At this point, I my pre-owned is running well, without issue and I believe it will continue to do so. Should anything change, I will update my review. Given the reasons stated above I highly recommend Eniezer Rios at Elmwood Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in East Providence he will earn your trust and your business.

"Service Department Issues"
I purchased my 2011 Dodge Durango brand new from Elmwood. During the past 4 or so years, Ive brought my vehicle in for several recalls and an issue with starting. When I brought my vehicle in to try and determine why it wouldnt start, they had to get under the intake of the engine and check fuel pressure and lines for any issues. They claim the fixed the issue and I went on my way. A short time later, my wife pulled out of our driveway only to discover fuel had spewed all over the ground and left a foot wide trail down our street. When I brought my vehicle to a mechanic I trusted, he found a fuel line that connects with a particular quick disconnect type connector under the intake was connected with only a small zip tie and had disconnected with the pressure causing gasoline to pour all over the engine. Naturally, I couldnt believe my eyes so I took several pictures and saved the fuel line with the zip tie still on it. They also found several bolts and a bracket that were not even connected. The Elmwood service department are the only people who have been under the hood of my vehicle up to this point. I brought my concerns to the service manager. That was three weeks ago. I still have not been contacted. I will be back there very soon.

Before I enter any car dealership, I research every aspect of the vehicles I am looking at. I like to know more than the associate that assists me about the vehicles and like to know exactly what I will pay. Last Saturday, I spent most of my day driving between terrible experiences at Jeep dealerships across RI...then I walked into Elmwood Jeep in East Providence and met Eniezer Rios. Always skeptical of a car sales guy, Eniezer quickly won me over. He was friendly, genuine and honest. There was no back and forth nonsense. He asked me what i wanted, and despite me giving him a pretty good challenge on my trade in and what i wanted to pay, he made it work! Of the ~20 vehicles (and 5 Jeeps) I have purchased in my life, this was by far the best experience! Clear communication throughout the whole process, very transparent business practices. I very very very highly recommend Eniezer Rios and the Elmwood Jeep crew! I WILL send my friends there! Let me start with Jay LArchevesque (Head Coach of Elmwood). He told me this would be a different experience than other dealerships and he was on point and then some. The professionalism from the first second I walked in to the day I drove off the lot with the car I love was excellent. Jay had set things up for me to meet with Dennis (General Manager). Dennis Freeman immediately linked me up with Eniezer Rios (Salesman) and we were off to find the vehicle that spoke to me. Eniezer asked questions, listened to what I was looking for, matched things up with the choices from inventory on the computer and then we went out on the lot and checked out some options. The second car we looked at was the one I ended up leasing. I looked at one other model, but I knew deep down we had found the one vehicle I was meant to find. We went back inside, talked over some price points and Eniezer talked things over with Dennis. He came back with a great offer and the rest is history. Then I met Victor Amaral (Finance Manager) and he took me through the process of payment and the lease loan. Smooth process, and another awesome employee providing outstanding customer service. Then came time for some more coaching on the vehicle and how it works. While waiting on the insurance binder to be faxed over, Marlene and her co-workers continued the "family style" hosting by making me feel comfortable and being attentive. I then met Noel Tavarez (Salesman) who gave me the whole 411 on my new Cherokee and I was impressed, psyched, and more than prepared to drive home in my new ride. "Unbelievable Selection, Sales, And Service."
Now I was never much of a salesman loving guy, BUT!!! Richard Miranda changed that in a hurry! I met Richard a few years back when I was dreaming about getting my wife a Grand Cherokee. After coming to my senses (finances) I left without a Grand Cherokee. I made several other attempts which didnt work as well. The point is, Richard, even though he probably knew what the outcome would be, treated me with the utmost respect, patience, decency, and friendship. Not so much did I feel for personal gain, but to guide me through a difficult process. Well, after quite some time, I ended up rewarding my new friend with a purchase of a 2012 Chrysler 200. The experience was so wonderful that I just traded that beautiful car in for a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and plans are to meet again with Richard in about 2 years time for that ultimate goal which he will not only help me through, but coach me through as well.
