I submitted a request online to get a quote for a new Tiguan. With in 2 minutes a gentleman by the name of Sergio called me to set up an appointment to test drive the car. As I arrived to the dealership I saw the Tiguan right outside that I wanted to drive. He had the car ready for a test drive so we didn’t waste anytime looking for the one I wanted to drive. When it came to numbers he offered me the Costco price since I was member and we agreed to terms in less than 10 minutes!! Wow, This has been the best buying experience ever. My car was not serviced yet, but Michael was my service guy to program my key to my car. I cannot remember his last name? Also Louie who shuttled me while waiting for my car to be done was a delight and such a nice funny man. For this I am thankful and loved the service. Just beware of upstairs! Shes not so nice!
