made an appointment to take my car for regular service and some problems with the car, and the end of the appointment the service adviser, said they did not have time to test drive the car to find out the problems their suggestion was to make another appointment to find the problems, so what is the point to make an appointment at the first place??

Came into Carson Honda just to look around at the inventory for a future purchase, but ended up leaving with a new 2017 Hondas Fit EX because Miguel really sold the car to me. Took it out for a test drive and he explained all the features and specs of the car. I could tell he enjoys what hes doing here because he sounds really passionate about Honda, and he worked hard to get me the deal/finance. First time buyer so he tried everything he could to make purchasing this car affordable and time worthy. Even connected on a personal level with my family and I while we were waiting for the final meeting. Overall he made this "first time buying a car" experience great. Everyone else that we encountered at Carson Honda was nice and friendly as well! Thank you guys so much, love my new fit!

I went in for an oil change and to fix some light. The service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly check the cars history of repairs and recommended replacing power steering fluid. I left the dealer happy. You know they are not going to screw it up because all they do work on is hondas. I was out in about one hour and a half. As far as price, I though it was fair.

Luis Contreras and Alejandro Camacho are two very well spoken gentlemen. Their efforts can be best described as merit based and most importantly laudable. These two gentlemen took care of my 2014 Honda Accord Sport as if were their own. They offered my pregnant wife accommodations and that is very respectable in my book. They answered questions patiently and the answers were showcased their knowledge. As a paying consumer I appreciate what I pay for and because of Alejandro Camacho and Luis Contreras I will be coming back as Carson Honda has earned my business for life!
