"It Wasnt As If I Were Buying A Pair Of Jeans...."
I realize that they have a quality product that sells itself. Honestly, though, I felt as if I had asked the clerk at KMart where my size jeans were, and she showed me. I wouldnt expect the clerk to demonstrate the jeans, but when Im buying a car...I expect more than a test drive and "youre lucky that your car hasnt died on you yet". Other than that, I was shown the fold down seat in the trunk. The customer is buying more than a car, he or she is buying a business relationship, long-term (service, etc) with the dealer. No effort was made to make me valued. None. Low ball on the trade, no explanation of the calculation of monthly payments or breakdown of the charges. I calculated different payments, and I got a phone call that basically consisted of "youre wrong". Truly, then show me how you came up with the figures. I felt insulted, and quite frankly hurt. It was the same way when I visited seven years ago. I guess some things never change. I loved the car, but I couldnt justify buying one under these conditions.

Went in to service my 2010 Camry but ended up having to buy a different car the same day. Customer service with this Spanish lady name Nazmen was really good. She helped me through buying the car. She was patient, and took the time to call me and follow up. This was the best decision i made, even though i wasnt ready for a new car, I didnt regret buying it from here.

We didnt expect to have to buy another car so soon but we chose to come back to Lynch Toyota. Mike Coia made our first experience so friendly and easy, we came back a 2nd time. It was great experience both times. They are really responsive and make the buying experience as painless as possible. I have also used their service department and that has gone well too.

My experience at Lynch Toyota was very good and I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. The sales person John was professional and welcoming. One thing he said after my initial text drive was "what can I do to earn your business"? I felt this is someone who wants to earn his commission but not take advantage of me. Even though due to snow storm, I did not receive my truck on the promised day, I think they tried to deliver. I like the environment of the dealership but one thing I will recommend is upgrade your coffee station, its too close to the bathrooms. check colonial Toyota and you will understand where I am coming from.

Over the years, Ive purchased cars for myself, my spouse and each of my 2 daughters from Lynch. Yesterday, the repair facility performed some diagnostic work on my 1995 Toyota Camry 3.0L V6 wagon, which I purchased as a certified used car from Lynch in 1998. The honest, thorough and detailed assessment, let me know it was time to replace the car. On my lunch break, I picked it up and headed to the used car area of the dealership. I chose a 2009 Camry, left a deposit, and headed back to work. After work, I went back to the dealership to pick up the car. They had everything all ready - new plates, gas tank filled, all paperwork prepared for my signature, insurance coverage, etc. I was delighted with the transactions at both the repair facility, and the used car sales area. It was so nice to be able to get everything completed in one day without missing any work. They were very honest, friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Im confident that my new(er) car will provide me with many years of dependable transportation, as all my other purchases from Lynch have.

I just purchased a used 2007 Toyoya Tundra Double Cab pickup from John Haggan. It was by far the best buying experience ever! No pushy sales tactics, on the test drive it was a normal conversation, like talking to an old friend even though I had just met the man. Everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome without trying to persuade me into purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle was so nice it sold itself. I took delivery 2 days ago and now I not only have a new (to me) vehicle but I have some new friends at Lynch Toyota. Anyone looking for a new or used vehicle should do themselves a favor and make some new frienda and a great deal on a vehicle by shopping here. I know I did!!

I bought a Certified Toyota highlander from Lynch recently. Overall the car buying experience was very good. No pressure to buy except when you negotiate. I felt that i was outnumbered by the employees easily. But they delivered on what they promised. Purchase was very quick and the car was delivered under less than 24 hours including registration. Kenny the sales person was good and he just provided all the facts. It was my fault that i didnt look at the car in daylight, but when i took it back for a couple of big scratches they mentioned nothing could be done since some bad paint was already applied by the previous owner. I like the highlander when compared to the MDX in terms of space, but i still got couple of minor problem with engine revving noise and outside noise. I doubt if its the quality of the highlander or something wrong with my car. Im still thinking if it should be taken back to the dealer and see if its covered under warranty. I would definitely go back to Lynch because they just found the right car for my need and at a good price.

Purchase of vehicle was easy. Great news was there was no high pressure sales push to buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot. They allowed me to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and the test route was wonderful in that it covered highway, city and country driving over both smooth and rough roads. Only downside of the experience was the lack of knowledge specific to the vehicle.

I recently traded in my 2006 Scion for a 2010 Rav 4. I chose to go back to the same dealership where I bought my first car. The salesman then was Barry and he made me feel very knowledgeable about the purchase I was about to make. I continued to have all my service done at Lynch Toyota because they are simply the best for my money. So when I had to trade in my Scion I was very upset because it was in great condition and only had 40,000 after 7 years of ownership. I had the pleasure of working with Karl Peterson in sales and leasing. I explained to him my desire to trade in Scion to purchase a Rav 4 that had low mileage within my budget. He wasted no time in trying to up sale me and lead me to a beautifully maintain Toyota Certified pre-owned vehicle. After looking at all the details that were part of the package I was hooked. I only required leather seats and low mileage but it comes with to much to mention here. The rest of the team quickly presented me with all financing options which came under my budget. Insurance and registration of course were all taken care of. Everyone was courteous and patient to explain everything I required. For the second time I am a happy customer of Lynch Toyota Manchester and would highly recommend them.

He was apprehensive about buying from Lynch Toyota until I told him he should check it out first, since I purchased a used vehicle from them recently. My vehicle needed some work done. Lynch Toyota took care of all of the problems and were very nice and professional about it. I am very pleased with their service. My husband is very happy with the vehicle except it did not come with an owners manual. Also the hood of the car has two`large scratches on it. I feel that Lynch Toyota needs to take care of these scratches and send us an owners manual. Lynch Toyota was very good to me and hopefully will be to my husband as well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed us all the new features with which we were unfamiliar (even though we were trading in a Camry, a lot has changed!). He was forthright about the offer price and we had a meeting of the minds fairly quickly. All in all a very painless (in fact, pleasant) new car purchase experience. One word about the maintenance department: they are top notch. Kevin is very helpful and always greets us by name when we arrive. The wait is generally what is communicated and it is easy to get an appointment. HIGHLY recommend this dealership!
