Ive been searching for a reliable first car for awhile and I finally found the perfect one today that was in my price range. Ive been to several dealers and Auto Bank Center has been by far the most helpful and welcoming dealer throughout my first car search/buying experience. I got myself an 07 Toyota Prius! The saleman, Tom, was very informative and patient towards me as I test drove a handful of cars till I found one I truly liked. "Rude And Dishonest"
The guy there was rude and dishonest. He didnt point out the car had repairs until it came to signing papers for the car. If the car was for me I would have walked away but my sister really wanted it. He even showed us an old car fax report.

Ive not purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but not for lack of effort on my part. I sent 2 emails that went ignored for weeks. I called for more information about a specific vehicle and was told to expect a return call in minutes. After a few hours, I called to follow up and was told info would be emailed to me. This dealership is far from me, so before I take a long trip to purchase this one vehicle, all I expect is adequate info to make me comfortable with that time investment and a potential quick flight. I will be looking elsewhere for this car now; this is not the kind of place I want to do business with.

Took considerable time to contact me. I asked a number if questions in the email and the only reply was that "car is still available". Very weird and cagey. Although the car still interests me I wouldnt buy from this company as something doesnt seem right. Either that or very unprofessional, or lack of training.
"Poor Dealership"
On 12/21/2013, I bought the 2003 BMW 325Ci convertible used from Auto Bank Center. After all the papers are signed on the same day as I was about to drive it home and on the same Auto Bank Center dealers lot, the "Service Soon Engine" light appeared. The light did not show up when I test drove the car on the same day. I told them (a bunch of people there and Mason was the salesman). They had the mechanic at the Auto Bank Center dealers shop looked at it and performed the repairs which I waited there for a couple of hours and the "Service Engine Soon" disappeared. I drove the car home and the next morning when I started the car, it shook and the "Service Engine Soon" light reappeared. There are times it stalled in the middle of the traffic lights and at shopping center. Tom Do (Sales Manager) and a mechanic at Auto Bank Center told me to bring it back for repair. The presumed repair was done the next day and I took the car home. The next day in the morning when I started the car "Service Engine Soon" reappeared again. I had been taking it back to the same location (Auto Bank Center repair shop) 4 times (in Dec, Jan, Feb). I am exhausted, up to this day 3/8/2014 the same "Service Engine Soon" light will not go away. I feel Ive been misrepresented at Auto Bank Center dealer and salesman. Somehow they passed smog on 1/3/2014 after I purchased the car while the "Service Engine Soon" light remains On. I will be seeking legal actions against this poor dealership. Thank you for reading my review about this poor dealership called Auto Bank Center.

I recently purchased my vehicle from them. To say the least, the staff (Tom and Victoria) are very helpful. When one isnt available, the other comes to aid -- and not just during the sales transaction, but also throughout the whole buying experience. Unlike the comment regarding dodging bullets, theyre fairly honest & very straight-forward in their dealing. They gave me thorough review on the condition of the vehicles I was looking at, so I knew exactly what Im looking at & what Im getting. A few back & forth on price-haggling that is normal & not over the top. At the end, Im very pleased with the value that Im getting, along with the trade-in they offered. Within the weekend, I was happily in my new car. Theyre also swift to resolve issues that arise after the sale transaction transpired. The sign-marker light went off a couple of days later & they had it replaced immediately. The bank of my previous car decided theyd never received the pay-off & sent me an unpleasant letter. Tom and Victoria were quick on their feet to show proof of the check-stub & certified mail within the same day, and had the issue resolved on the next. Not to mention they offer great value on their discounted services on the vehicles bought here in their dealership, leaving me with nothing but: enjoying my driving experience, worry-free from where to take it in for routine service maintenance & confident that Im getting the best value for my well-earned money. Overall? This dealership & its people are committed to take care of me & my car from the beginning of my new car to my next new car. And that -- deserves a full 5-star review.

"Stranded At Night On Freeway"
BUYER BEWARE. Purchase the "Contract Cancellation Option Agreement" but check the price as I was misquoted by $100. The clutch was so bad that 26 hours after purchase it went out completely, leaving me stranded on a freeway at night. My mechanic said their mechanic had to know! The worst clutch he had ever seen. Their remedy - I spend another $325 to tow it to them and their mechanic would replace the clutch. I wouldnt let their mechanic fix a tricycle. Then they mailed me a clutch which I sent back. Had the car fixed ($1,000 later) and love it now but what a horrid experience. I bought a car with my heart and not my head...my bad. They sold me a car they knew had a bad clutch...their bad. This review...warranted.

You made buying my car easy and convenient, and you always played it honest. Like others, I too talked to Mason when purchasing my Acura TL. I didnt have perfect credit, but its not horrible either. He worked to get me a fair interest-rate & price while another dealer (I wont mention their name) tried to rip me off completely. I filled out their credit app one day, came in, test-drove soon after, and drove off in my Acura within an hour or so - AND its covered with a 2 year warranty (no additional cost). A great experience I didnt expect to get from a small dealership. Thanks Guys.
