I had to get my car serviced at this dealership. It is a new Chevy Cruze still under warranty. My first issue was that the service guy was overbooked. My appointment was at 1030 and I got there 5 minutes early and he had 4 people waiting to talk to him. Once I got to him, he told me it would cost $145 just to diagnose it and the car was under warranty. They kept my car overnight and didnt offer me a loaner and told me that I needed to rent a car myself. Loaner cars was for special circumstances only. I had to keep calling to see if the car was ready, they said they would call me at a certain time gand never called. I called and they said the car was ready and they would send a car to pick me up by 1pm. He showed up at 130pm and the driver said they didnt inform him until 110pm that he needed to pick me up. Once I got to the dealership the car still wasnt ready, so I had to wait longer. The cashier got them to bring up my car because the manager was too busy to come out and tell me what was wrong with it. She told me it was covered under warranty and that she would email me my paperwork. I get a call 2 days later asking did I get my car back because he didnt see it on the lot and that I needed to pay a deductible. I informed him that it was covered under warranty and he said okay perfect Ill close out your file and email your paperwork. Today this day, I have not received any paperwork. The communication and organization in the service department at this dealership is horrible.

We bought an used car in January 13, 2017. We came to the dealership at around 7:00 p.m. and a sales rep that we made appointment with assisted us with the initial process of purchasing the car, after presenting us with a total price of the car we agreed to buy the car. It was pretty quick, then we were offered drink and asked to wait for the manager to finalized the purchase. He was assisting a customer and another customer was ahead of us, so we were the third customer. O boy!... to our surprise we have to wait till around 10:00 p.m. before we were called in, we were really restless (our home is 54 miles away). We didnt get out of the dealership till about 10:30 p.m. Since it was dark, we didnt realize that one of the win shield wiper is missing. I complained about it, fortunately they are willing to reimburse me for the wiper that I bought. It was really annoying.

Wife made appointment for oil change on 03 2500 diesel.was given $65 estimate. Billed $115 after done. Maria said she didnt know it took 10 quarts. If service advisors arent trained or capable why are they there. Called today was told mgr would call me. No call yet. Hard to believe $50 mistake in est. Havent found any goox chevy dealers yet.

I initially emailed the dealership to make sure that the car was still available. I communicated all week with the salesman who assured me that the car was available and understood that I was driving an hour from out of town to come and see it (at 38 weeks pregnant). We even started the financing process online. We waited a half hour for anyone to help us then waited another 15 minutes for them to locate the car only to be told that the car had sold. He could have checked on the availability of the car at anytime during the week and saved me 2 hours of my Saturday morning and babysitter time. This was a huge disappointment, I would never step foot in this facility again.

I brought my 2014 Silverado to be serviced and have the seat bottom inspected. It felt like the seat would shift when entering a driveway or turning a corner. It was not a recall on it but there was a service bulletin to add shims to it. It feels like it is fixed. And they did it quickly . They told me I wasnt going to get my truck until about 4:30 that afternoon I told him I needed my truck sooner I guess they jumped right on it because they call me in a half hour later and it was done. I was very happy with the quickness

I would definitely refer the sales and finance team to friends - we thought they all did a great job. Unfortunately, can not say the same for the service dept. - we went to the service dept after an AutoNation employee referred us to the dept -? We had questions - and we felt we disturbed the 6 employees who were in a circle talking and the service employees were not helpful. Also, when we p/u the truck after a permacote appt. we were given a dirty truck - when asked if they could clean it, it took an hour and we still were delivered a dirty truck. As a manager in my field of employment, this level of service would be unacceptable.

The deal was direct and easy. The car was cleaned and ready to go. Finance took a long time to get going, as there was someone in front of us who apparently couldnt make up their mind. I would have hoped to have someone else available, but chevy did a good job keeping us entertained while we waited.

Let me start by saying that I have bought 5 cars & trucks over the years from the Valencia AutoNation Chevrolet dealership & I cant remember a better car buying experience than this time. It was refreshing to not be pressured or pounced on by a salesman the second I stepped onto the lot. The sales consultant, Mani Benavidez who helped me, knew more about the truck I was interested in buying than I expected. Mani really took the time to show me all the features about the 2016 Colorado I purchased. He was one of the best informed sales consultants that I have ever dealt with. Zuleima and Dillion were awesome! They beat the pants off the deal one of the other dealers was offering and the whole buying process took less than an hour which I think is some kind of world record! They were also diligent in helping me resolve a minor issue with my car after the sale by calling GM on my behalf instead of just handing me off to the service dept. The car is awesome and I am amazed at how far Chevy has come in the past few years. Great job all around!
