am so happy because I just bought a certified 2016 Prius three at Tracy Toyota yesterday. ( yay!) Top notch service provided by Deborah (the Direct Sales Manager ) She was very friendly , very honest , very helpful and she really care about her customers. & Arron ,the finance manager was also very friendly,honest and he helped us saved a lot ! Arron explains every detail of the contract, warranties and price break down till I can fully understand everything. He even went every detail again w/my husband over the phone. ( wow ) Trust me , this place has changed a lot and I highly recommending Deborah if you are looking for a top, honest and smooth transaction. THANKS AGAIN TO DEBORAH & ARRON FOR MY NEW CAR !!

Both the person who greeted me when I drove up and the Service Advisor who helped me were awesome. Everything was explained to me and they got the service done quickly. They even checked everything on my car and found a worn wiper blade but let me know it would still be ok for awhile but that I should check it again in a month and that they would install it for me for free if I came in and bought it at their parts department.
